They rip me off, 2000 dollars they put a roof on my deck and it is leaking. They said they would fix but do not show up. Now they have blocked my calls. Timothy Worman is the leader of the Company and is the one who said he will fix but stood me up a few times and now blocked me.

Failed to put the trim back up around the door and even misplaced/lost part of the trim. Failed to caulk around the outside of the backdoor once installed. Failed to nail the metal trim back down above the door on the outside. Left boards unscrewed on the deck. Left a screw sticking out on a spindle of deck causing a safety hazard. Cut wire on internet when installing deck. Put makeshift pieces to complete deck on side closest to the house which could appear poorly constructed. One of the makeshift pieces is already cracked. One of the wood spindles is rough and already cracking. The railing going down steps where screwed together has a gap. There is a gap where the steps connect to the deck which could result in separation. Left a saw blade in the yard along with 27 wood screws found in and around the work area which is another safety They broke light switch plate and never informed home owner. They did not fix the front door frame which was on the agreed upon estimate.
Description of Work: Replace deck, install backdoor and frame, install storm door on front door and fix frame of front door

I'm sorry to leave a negative review, but I feel it's necessary. I hired Rob & Tim Worman and their team to rebuild a set of deck stairs and reinforce some weak supports. I chose them even though their quote was slightly higher than another because they offered full-service, including hauling away the old deck wood. They were very responsive before and during the job, and I was optimistic. However, halfway through the project, I noticed that the craftsmanship was not up to par. I expressed my concerns, and they assured me they would fix it and "make me happy", so I let them continue. After completing the work and only hauling away half of the old deck, they promised to return in 2 days to pick up the rest, but it's been a week and a half with no pickup. They have also stopped responding to my messages/calls. I'm frustrated by the poor quality of work and their failure to follow through. I'll update my review if they pick up the wood, but as it stands, I cannot recommend them for any jobs.

I hired Tim Worman when his company name was "Rip It Up Decks." He has since changed his phone number and company name. I was actually looking for the Rip It Up Decks business listing on Angi's List when he called me from a new number asking about my deck project. Please see my review for Tim Worman below and save yourself trouble and do not hire him. My original review was nearly 10,000 characters but Angi's list limits your review to 1,000. I hired Tim Worman of Rip It Up Decks to stain our front porch and back deck. I was told this would be a 1 day job, but it ended up taking 2 weeks and looking so horrible that my husband and I actually re-stained the front patio and completed the touch ups to the back deck ourselves. We spent more time working on our deck than Tim and his men ever did. In the process they sprayed brown stained our back door and the brick of our house. Please save yourself a major headache and do not hire him. Hire someone else or stain your own deck.
