Back Alley Ornamental Iron

Hired these folks by accident when they showed up on my front porch and started drilling holes. They were supposed to be working on my neighbor's house two doors down the street. After they discovered they were at the wrong house they offered to sell us the rails they had designed for our house (instead of the correct house) at a discount. They seemed nice folks and we agreed to let them go ahead. Quality was fine. Later we hired them for a second project, and it was late and had quality problems, which we pointed out. They eventually corrected the problems, but took a lot longer than they promised. Project eventually turned out ok. We thought we'd give them another chance, this time to quote on work on an indoor spiral staircase. Their rep came out and said and quot;we can certainly do that.and quot; Said he'd get back to us soon. We haven't heard from them since, and can't get them to return calls. I've now given up on them.

They did this for my daughter and we paid for it. They put in a porch railing for us maybe two to three years ago. They refinished our indoor iron railing three years ago. They do excellent work. Just excellent. They are quit responsive and the work is done with in the time period. Our contact person was Alex. The are local and just fabulous. They do a high quality railing. I will use them again.
