Joe was very nice, explained everything well.

Joe introduced his 2 helpers and explained what they would do. They finished in good time, cleaned up the mess, showed me what they had done, then left. I couldn't be more pleased with b-dry.

The work is guaranteed for the lifetime of the house. B-Dry employees were prompt, courteous, and did quality work. So far we have not had any further leaks in our basement.

We used them one time and we were happy with the results. It worked because every time it rained we had a mess and we had to get the water out. They came in, did their system and we no longer had a problem in our basement. Only one time in fifteen years did we have to call them back because we had a small leak and they came back and fixed it right away. We have a lifetime warranty and it's transferableto different owner of this house. It was impressible and they did a really great job. The price was perfect because it worked. They are not inexpensive but it was worth it. The price is probably fair but some people might think it's a lot.

They work was good and it has been dry ever since.

They showed up on time and were extremely professional. They stepped through the entire project with me before starting any work. Throughout their work they answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Their craftsmanship was top of the line. After completion of the project they cleaned up the work area then went through the operation of the equipment, the manuals, warranties, etc. If I ever had any other problems with water I would definately call these guys!

Answered all my questions as the work progressed. The repairmen were polite, friendly and very hard workers. Their clean-up surpassed my expectations. I was very impressed with the whole job. There was very little dust left behind considering how much concrete floor had to be jack-hammered up. I had one area that needed to be touched up and their response was very quick, and the problem was taken care of immediately. B-Dry''s prices was well within the range of the other estimates I received. I would use this company again, if the need arose. I would definitely recommend their work.

It has been excellent working with them. We've never had any water in the basement since they dried it up. It has been successful!

6 companies came to describe what they would do for the solution for the leaking in our basement and my husband thought B-Dry had the best solution and best pricing. They came on Saturday, they were supposed to come between 8-8:30 and they came just after 8. They jackhammered the basement floor for about a foot out from the wall along one wall where the water pipe went to the sump pump. Then they put in new gravel and a new pipe. They put a shield over two of the places where there were leaks on the wall then they filled it in with concrete. They took everything out and it looked just like it did when they got here when they left. We've had a couple of big rains and there wasn't any leaking. It was a good experience all around. We had them do the estimate and at the time they could have done it in 2 weeks but then we had several bad storms and rain so a lot of people in the area had to have their basement worked on. When we finally decided to have it done it was going to be 5-6 weeks before they could schedule us. Then they called us back a week and a half later and they were able to do it so that was a really good thing.

I had to call them back to work. They said the second time it would cost me $10,000. I felt it was a bait and switch. The actual location they worked on is leaking again. The work they did was unsightly. They put plastic boards over the cracks in the basement.

They are one of the biggest waterproofing companies in Louisville. They are national. They had done the waterproofing in our basement in our old house in 2005 or 2006 and they did a great job. It ran perfect and it worked fine. When we bought this house it had an old sump pump and I called them. They charged a lot of money for what they did. The sump pump is in a closet with a bunch of glassware on the shelves above it. I was unloading it and he said that I didn't need to do that. He goes to put the pump in and knocked all the shelves off. He broke 50 old glasses that we'd had for years. I could almost live with that. I got it all cleaned up and I was aggravated with that because he told me that I didn't need to unload the shelves. He proceeded to turn on the pump and all the piping came loose and blew water all over my finished basement. I was down there 4 hours cleaning up the mess. I didn't go to work that day because they made such a mess. The discharge pipe goes out through the wall under my deck to a gravel thing where the water disperses. They couldn't get to it and they started beating on my deck. They broke two 14-foot deck boards; they just smashed them. We had just paid $300,000 for this house and it is a nice house. They broke stuff in the house and left a mess. I had to paint the whole closet. I had to buy 2 14-foot boards and haul them. I was in shock at how bad it was. It was like a Three Stooges movie. It was awful. Then for a $180-200 pump, they charged me $500. They tore up my house putting it in. It seems to work fine now after I did all the work cleaning it all up. I am still mad and it was over a year ago. I used them because I had used them before. It was a bad set of circumstances that got worst as it went along. I will never let them in my house again. It was just horrible.

Amazing value. We had three companies give us estimates on our basement leak. All recommended doing the same thing but used different materials. B-Dry was by far the lowest cost and were very up front and open about their guarantee and what it entailed. We had to wait a little longer to have the work done due to their busy schedule, but it was more than worth it with what we saved.

They were very efficient. They cleaned up everything well. They were very courteous. They knew what they were doing and explained everything to me. I haven't had any water since then.

I like the fact that they guarantee their work for life so if anything should happen to go wrong; they will come right out to fix it. I really like their work but their price seemed a little high but well worth it. I am actually having them come back to do some more work here soon.

They did an excellent job. They took great efforts to keep the mess and dust out of the rest of our home. The basement does not leak now, even after substantial rainfall.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL THE REPAIR WORK WAS OUTSTANDING AND THEY DID EVERYTHING THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO. THEY EVEN HAD GOOD FOLLOW UP. THEY CALLED THE NEXT TIME WE HAD A HEAVY DOWNPOUR AND ASKED IF WE HAD ANY PROBLEMS.
