Awesome, excellent, efficient service. Gary and staff were very courteous and explained all details.

Prior to repair, foreman discussed all options with me and gave me cost details. I signed a contract. Even though there were additional things that had to be done, there were no extra charges. Project was completed in a few hours. Foreman went over the details before the procedure and asked mid-way through if I wanted to discuss the repairs so far. At the end, we went through a walk-through. I received a lifetime warranty. The only hiccup was that the repair had to be rescheduled from Thursday to Saturday.

Danny and his crew arrived at the time agreed upon. They immediately began the prep to do the job and minimized the mess. They were very polite and cleaned up the work area when they finished.

The whole crew was on time & very polite, Brian explained the whole process before they started. They covered & draped with plastic to keep dust at a minimum. Clean up was great.

Very professional – the B – Dri rep told me what to expect up front. They completed the work in timely manner.

The guys who did the work were excellent. They worked very hard and tried to be as neat as possible. I think the quality of the work is very good. I would not use them again because of the experience I had with Sales and the office. I was quoted one price for a solution of using dry wells. But when the guys arrived to do the work they discovered solid limestone under the basement floor. The best solution was to trench along the perimeter and drain the cracks to the sump pump. The work ended up costing me almost $1000 more. I did not complain about the cost because I know it was impossible to predict that. But the office and sales later called to complain about a discrepancy in the amount owed - whether the price was before or after the Angie's List coupon.. Seriously? After I just spent $1000 more than they quoted me - and they want to argue about $50....VERY, VERY unprofessional. They were the most expensive of the 3 quotes I received, but I chose them because of the reviews I had read and their reputation. If I could rate the actual workers, it would be an A. But because of the sales experience, I have to give a C.

It was fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. They came in first and said what we needed. For $600 more, they said they could guarantee something and I said, "No. Thanks." Then they came out and did it. It was perfect. Around here in Louisville, B-Dry has got a good reputation. The name kind of speaks for itself.

Contacted us the day after I bought the discounted coupon. Made and appointment to evaluate the problem. Showed up on time, said he could fix the problem for the discounted price (75% $149 for $600 worth of work). Made an appointment for one week later. Showed up on time, fixed the problem, cleaned up after. Great guy.

Workmen were prompt, courteous, and hard workers and finished on time. Left area as found.

Jack hammered foundation and put 4x8 panel over crack and into floor about 3" down in order for water to drain into sump line. Re-poured concrete. Looks very neat and clean!

The crew was efficient and worked very hard.

The B-Dry representatives were on time, pleasant and performed the work within the estimated time frame. The only thing I was not pleased with was that one of the guys hit the corner of the wall trim with a piece of equipment and left a significant dent. I pointed it out to both workers and they apologized, but did not offer to fix it.

I was pleased with them. They were real good. We had used them previously in 1999. They didn't charge because it had a lifetime guarantee. I was really happy that they came out and did that for free but it was part of my guarantee. I would want to examine everybody before I would do it again because new things have probably come out since then. They held up to their work so I was pleased with that. Their price wasn't off by much with everybody else.

On time and completed the work as stated. Left the garage clean after completing the work.

The basement had been fully waterproofed about 11 years ago by another company, with a lifetime warranty. However, this year, with heavy rains, the basement did start leaking in one corner. Unfortunately, the original company has gone out of business, and I certainly didn't want to have to go through the extreme expense of waterproofing the entire basement again. B-Dry was responsive and punctual and offered a lower cost solution that involved digging outside of the house, a trench, and laying a tarp like structure in the ground to block the water. There are rock beds in the yard that would cover the tarp and the water would not leak into the basement. B-Dry scheduled, showed up on time, and cleaned up everything like they weren't even there to begin with. I am very satisfied with their work and would recommend them again.

Truly amazing to watch this process.They did a great job. It is so nice to have a dry basement. We had them come back to fix and check up on a couple of things, and they were great with the follow up. They truly do keep their warranty.

They were on time, did a great job and cleaned up prior to leaving. They communicated effectively during every step of the process. I was most impressed by the fact that the workmen did their preparations for the work and then took their lunch break early because they arrived at naptime at my home daycare. They did that in order to give the kids a little bit more time to sleep before they started the noisy part of the process. I also appreciate the lifetime warranty on the work that they did. Because when they say lifetime, they mean even if we sell the house the warranty transfers to the new owner.

The company arrived around 9 in the morning, started to work. Hammer up old concrete, did run into shell rock, which took somewhat longer. Carried out the rocks, put down rocks in and along wall. Put in sump pump and wall materials, and window wells.

They ran a little late but called to say so. They were here about 2 hours. They cleaned up mess before leaving.

Everything went fine. So far, no leaks - but we haven't gotten to the spring rains (or should I say the torrential downpours we get in Louisville now versus just showers).

Lorenzo the foreman and Dakota and Danny (crew members) were on time, very professional and hard workers. They stayed on task and completed the job as stated.

A 3 man crew arrived on time and continued to work throughout day to complete job in 1 day. Did a nice job of cleaning up afterwards. I will not be able to determine if problem was solved until we have a substantial rain.

They waterproofed the basement which included using their process for the drainage "ditch" around the perimeter of the basement as well as replacing a window well and patching some wall cracks. They were very careful about the mess which was made harder due to the rainy weather we were having. It took two days, which was what they had told me. While I felt the price was too high I did receive another bid for almost the same amount. I also had a bid for $4,000. but that company was not able to tell me when they could do the work.
