I found them on Angies List. They were fast and they cleaned up and took the brush away for a fee. I did not expect it to be that expensive. He charged me by the man hours so it is so much money per man per hour so I did not realize that it would be that way because he came out and gave me a quote and I did not expect it to be that expensive. They were gone within 45 minutes so I was not expecting to pay that much. There were 4 guys who came out, 3 other guys besides the owner and so I got charged per man for the hour that they were there. It was $100 per man per hour. In the future I would find somebody less expensive.

Steve came to my home and gave me an estimate for leaf removal. He came the next day to do the service. It was perfectly cleaned in 3.5 hours. The estimate was correct. He had my estimate and and invoice online before leaving my drive way.

From start to finish I was VERY impressed with the company!! I was contacted about my inquiry in less than two hours after I submitted it (keep in mind this was a Sunday), and I honestly did not expect a call back until Monday at the earliest. Steve (24M owner) came to my house on Tuesday and provided me with a VERY reasonable estimate. He was very personable, courteous, and professional. He walked out the property line with me to make sure that he picked up every leaf and pine needle in my front yard. Honestly I could have probably filled up over 40 construction bags worth of yard waste had I tried to do it myself. With the current weather (cold & rainy) I honestly didn't know how well the service would go considering the leaves were wet and heavy. Anyways, he set up the service for Friday which ended up being only 5 days after I had first submitted the inquiry. The service was done by him and one crew member for two hours and the results were AMAZING!!! My yard has never looked better and he was able to pick up EVERY leaf and needle from it!! I'm now going to use 24M in the spring for my flowerbed and am looking forward to the same great service the company provides! If there was an A++ rating I could use, 24M would get it hands down!!

My yard was out of control and beyond my ability to clear it of extensive sections of invasive vines/bushes and weeds/overgrowth in the flower beds that line my privacy fence. I also had a couple of large dead shrubs that needed to be removed. Steve and his team moved in like steam-rollers. The pricing is by the hour but they wasted not one minute and were focused and intent on getting the job done. They completely removed large areas of ivy, honeysuckle vines and bushes, Japanese knotweed and weedy rose of sharon volunteers. They extracted a wildly overgrown tea rose bush and 3 monster holly bushes. Those holly bushes completely blocked my front porch view and the house now looks completely different. I've received so many compliments since 24M worked their magic. They also trimmed my overgrown hedges and the lower-hanging branches of all the trees. They trimmed my totally dead crape myrtles, which were nearly 2-stories high before last winter killed them. They cleanly cut across the cluster of thick trunks to about 4 feet high. I know they will grow to cover the trunk stubs next spring. I had Steve return about a week later to spray herbicide in all the cleared areas and some additional areas in my landscape in hopes of retarding growth next spring. Steve is licensed to apply herbicides and he explained the product and it's safe usage and provided me the documentation of the application. I plan on asking Steve and team to return early next spring to clean out the rest of the beds and mulch. I would highly recommend Steve and his company for any landscaping work.

This is the second time I've used 24M and I have been extremely pleased both times. The spring yard cleanup I had them do lasted most of the summer. I had them come back to remove the leaves from our large, heavily treed yard. They removed lots of tops from perennials like hostas, irises, sedum, and more. There was a lot to do and they didn't miss anything. My yard looks beautiful for my guests to see for thanksgiving. They even blew off all the leaves from my patio and carport and sidewalks. An excellent job! I believe they were worth every penny. They are the best yard workers I've been able to find - I've been dissatisfied with many before.

After finding 24M on Angie's List, I called to get an estimate for a complete yard make-over and clean-up. Steve immediately made time in his schedule to come by our house and do a walk-through, and gave an estimate on the spot. We planned on the work being done at the beginning of the next week, but when the weather looked like snow would be here, Steve called and asked if his crew could come the Saturday before and get it done! They came at the designated time and were able to finish the job the same day. Excellent work, excellent clean-up, and excellent service!

Steve the owner went there and did pics and talk to me while I view them. He never refused my calls and was very attuned. I am going to use him when I move in November for the back yard part. He advise me not to do the back yard until I arrive because some of the plants were worth saving. I join Angie's List due to the distant from my 1st home to the home in (2nd)home in Kentucky. Steve and his crew did a great job. They arrived and weeded all of our overgrown beds, prepared them for mulch, then laid down the mulch very quickly but with attention to detail. We were pleased and felt like everything met our expectations.

Steve and crew did an excellent job of removing dead/damaged trees, bushes and plants. He worked with us to pick out replacement trees, bushes and plants. He LISTENED EXTREMELY WELL! He explained what was going to happen every step of the way. Provided a DETAILED estimate. He completed the job on time as promised. He initially misquoted the price of the plants, etc.,(unbeknownst to him) and found out only after he went to the nursery that the price was higher, but he refused to accept the higher price from us (though we insisted) because he felt that he had made the mistake and, therefore, he should bear the responsibility for not providing an accurate quote. I think what's important here is that even though we offered to pay the actual cost -- because people make mistakes -- the same integrity that he has exhibited for the past 3+ months that we've worked with him wouldn't allow him to charge us the higher price. We are just so pleased to be on the receiving end of truly terrific customer service. We would/will recommend Steve to any and everyone with whom we come in contact with who needs the services he offers!! Thank you Steve!!

Steve has been taking care of our lawn for two years now, and we couldn't be happier. We tried several different people before him, and had a lot of problems with punctuality, reliability, and damage done to our lawn (especially leaving ruts from the tires of their machinery). Once Steve started, our problems vanished. He has been 100% perfect in every way. Always communicates well, always gives us ample heads-up about any changes that may come up. We pay him online, which I adore. They came out today to do a ton of cleanup and trimming, and really went above and beyond. He took care of a number of things that we didn't even request in the quote. Our yard and landscaping has never looked better. I would recommend Steve and 24M to anyone in Louisville - their service and quality is unmatched.

They did a fabulous job!!!. Steve was extremely thorough and efficient. My husband and I had neglected our yard for the past several years, and I had become quite overwhelmed with the how to approach getting it back in shape. Steve and his team really do outstanding work. Also, Steve explained everything to us and provided recommendations, which I found useful as I was not exactly sure what could be done with our yard. I highly recommend 24M, and will definitely use them again for future lawn and landscape services.

The service did an excellent job. The guys sent worked in a timely fashion and did a great job. My yard looks much better.

I found 24M on Angie's List and called Steve on Wednesday, May 28. He called me back and we scheduled a time for him to come and give an estimate on Friday, May 30. He arrived at our house on Friday afternoon. He walked us through all that we wanted him to do. He was very through and listened to what we desired and offered suggestions on items we were unsure of. We accepted his bid on the spot and he scheduled us for Sunday, June 1. His crew arrived early and they worked until they finished the job. Every detail was to specification. Our yard looks beautiful. His work is top rate and he is just a nice guy to work with. He even took the time to explain to me how to properly trim some trees on our property.

24m saved our entire yard by blowing out leaves left in the grass from the winter, weeding and mulching all the flower beds, and clearing the driveway of debris. The yard is growing back stronger than ever. 24m are true professionals and great to work with. Highly recommend.

We are on a weekly rotation for lawn care and were very pleased with the first mowing today. Steve is very prompt, professional, and courteous. He let us know when there was a rain delay and came to mow our grass as soon as the rain stopped. We will definitely use him going forward for our regular lawn care. Does a great job with the lawn, takes time to ask important questions about how we want it done, and appears to take pride in his work. Price was fair. Does a great job! Definitely recommend him.

Very timely and upfront on quoting the job. Less than 2x week turnaround on all work - had a subcontractor do the yard seeding and they showed up when expected and were very knowledgable and professional with all of the questions I had. Steve and his crew showed up to relocate the push and mulch and were very quick to knock the job out. He was a good communicator re: input on the job, communication and recommendations of how to make the job smoother vs what I'd asked. Used email, phone calls, and has a very nice means of tracking invoices and payment and responsive to questions about the quotes. 24M was NOT the cheapest quote I received, however, I felt very comfortable that I would get a better quality if I paid just a bit more and I have not regretted this (rates were competitive for services provided, the higher cost was due to the thickness of mulch provided and the type of mulch provided). Sometime, and maybe oftentimes, cheaper is not better. I went with my gut on this and am extremely pleased with the results and will likely look to use 24M again in the fall and next spring for the same services.

Provider will do 6 applications, 6 to 7 weeks apart, starting in March/April and ending in October/November. First application was done today. I am a bit concerned that the first application is so late as the rest of my neighborhood had theirs done in early March and mine is occurring in late April.( It may be tough to get all 6 applications in, 6 to 7 weeks apart, by October/November.) However, when they arrived, they were very professional, took the time to explain what they would be doing and left a number to call if any questions.

I'm very happy with the work, and reliability. I intend to keep using these guys.

Steve and his crew put down new mulch in the spring, so my wife called him to do some leaf removal this Fall. First let me say, he is very punctual and will return your phone the day you call. He is the best at returning phone calls of any landscape service company I have ever used. The work he did on our yard was done well and we were pleased with the service. The only (very small) drawback for me was that he was unable to give a fixed cost up front. He estimated fairly well, but the job ended up costing more than we expected. Still, the work was done well, and I think his price was fair. I would recommend using him and will not hesitate to call if I need similar help in the future.

They were very responsive and contacted me immediately if weather delayed their previous date scheduled to service. They did everything quickly yet thoroughly. We plan to use them again in the future and highly recommend them!

We used this service once before to cut the grass at our new home. That went fine. We decided to use them again to clear our leaves and cut the grass one last time. My husband got a quote from the company for the front and back yard of a little less than $100. We have a fairly small yard. It took them a really long time to get to us due mostly to weather issues. I feel that there was a lack of communication about this at the beginning though. We were not told that they would not be here on the day that they had committed to until I called to find out why they weren't here. On the day that the weather finally cleared up, I called to verify that they would be out. I told the owner that he did not need to cut the grass in the back yard because it wasn't very long. He apparently misunderstood me and thought that I meant not to cut or remove leaves in the back yard. When I got home, I saw that the front yard was cleaned up but it took us a few days to see the back yard. They didn't touch it and the bill was almost $90. I find it very hard to believe that it took them two hours to clean up the front yard. I think that it's more likely that they wanted to get paid for a full two hours. My husband spoke with the owner and was told that quotes are really just guess work and are meaningless. They would be happy to come out and do the back yard for an additional $100 I am sure, but we will not be using them again. Very disappointed.
