Work was completed on time and within budget. Made my yard a lot easier to maintain. Was a dramatic and positive change from the old landscaping.

Steve Milby was not the first business we called to get an estimate for our yard edging and mulch, but after getting other estimates including one who said it would be two to three weeks, and another who had a mulch that we did not care for, and another who did the job for us last year only to have found out that ONE year later it all needed to be done again, AFTER all of that, we decided to call Steve Milby and give him a try. This guy said he could come and do the job the very next day ---- UNHEARD OF!!!!! BUT, he did and brought his crew and a beautiful mulch and edging job was finished on that same day! Steve is professional, a nice guy, and he and his crew did the best edging cut we have ever had, as well as they moved out a number of large rocks we had placed around in the beds, then Steve and his crew placed them back in on top of the mulch (rather than just mulching around them as the other company did last year. He and his crew were professional, stayed on the job until all was neatly finished, cleaned everything up and now we have the best looking yard (front, back, and sides) that we have ever, EVER, had!!!!! Steve and his team were outstanding. My husband spoke to Steve on a Tuesday requesting an estimate for our landscaping cleanup and new mulch laid. He went over to our home and took measurements and notes, and offered recommendations. We received an itemized quote that day via email, which we accepted. Steve and two of his workers were out the next day! They arrived around 2:30 in the afternoon and worked non-stop until past 8pm - even through a quick rainstorm. We are beyond pleased with the results of their hard work, and their dedication to perfection. We will be using Steve and his team for our future lawn and landscaping needs, and I will gladly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

My lawn was fertilized 3 times from October through early December. The impact is not noticeable, but Im thinking that it likely will help come Spring.

I found 24M Lawn and Landscape Services on Angie's list and called them. I am so glad I did. Steve, the owner, met with me in advance to see what all I needed done and to give me a price. Steve and his men showed up on time and he walked my property with me to make sure again what all I wanted done (he had a list from our previous meeting). Steve and his hard-working crew worked tirelessly and fast for four hours and completed everything on my landscaping list, which was a lot! They spread mulch and edged the mulch beds beautifully. They trimmed my bushes, trimmed along the edges of the yard, removed several bags of dead debris, including some good size fallen tree branches, weeds, etc. They also cleaned up several bags of leaves and hauled them away. Steve also applied a lawn care application of fertilizer/broadleaf weed control to my lawn. I signed up for his lawn care program, which includes lawn application treatments every few months as needed. When they were finished, Steve walked my property with me again to make sure that everything I wanted done had been done and that I was satisfied. Boy, am I satisfied! 24M Landscape did an excellent job and my front yard and back yard looks like they had a professional, beautiful makeover, which they did! I would highly recommend 24M Lawn as they do excellent work at a reasonable price for what all they do! They may not be the cheapest landscaping company, but as far as I am concerned, they are the best!

I enjoyed meeting the owner and his crew, really nice bunch of hard working individuals. Indeed, they were courteous and took instructions very well. Everyone who has seen the yard since 24M did their work has said it looks fantastic now and like a grotto, a place to spend hours in the shade and read a book.

Great. He even noticed something on a tree outside of what we had agreed upon and took care of that without extra charge.

Steve and his crew spent two days making everything on our property beautiful again, from trimming bushes to cutting out dead plants, from hauling away branches to shaping up the canopy of trees along our fence. They laid down a natural bark mulch in all the necessary places and a few bonus spots. They arrived on time, worked hard hour after hour, and carefully cleaned up when they finished. I could not be more pleased! Our money was very well spent. SO grateful to Steve for delivering above and beyond what was promised. Cannot recommend his services highly enough!

They were great. Arrived on time. Brought plenty of help and got done in amazing time. Walked the property at the beginning, again when they wanted clarification and then at the end to make sure I was satisfied. They made sure I was aware of issues I'd need to address.

They did a good job with fertilizing the yard, but not so much with getting rid of weeds. Still have lots of nutsedge in the yard that we will need to pay extra to get rid of.

Great! They were prepared and did what they said they would do. They were helpful, courteous and hard working.

It went very well. Steve was very responsive and arrived in fact early than anticipated. He made sure to call and inform me that they were arriving early. They cleared everything that was pointed out while doing the estimate. When the work got completed a bit early, they made sure that they could pick up some more little work and that's how more bushes got cleared and also a clear mark up was dug that delineated the grass from the bushes. We really appreciate the professionalism of the crew. They could have simply packed and said we are done with the items identified in the estimate and left but they did not do that.

We moved into a new house this month with a large quantity of mature, attractive bushes and trees on over an acre of land which had become overgrown. Steve, the owner of 24M, asked if the house had been abandoned or a foreclosure when he came to do the quote because it was so overgrown. Steve suggested several days for me to choose to do the work before we agreed on either Saturday or Sunday depending upon weather. As we got closer we narrowed it down to Sunday. Friday he called to ask where on the driveway I wanted him to put the mulch for the project. A big storm blew through but he was hustling hard to get the mulch in place in the rain on his own initiative. On Sunday Steve and the crew showed up around 10 am and worked until around 6 pm (I lost track of time). Before starting, Steve, Sergio, the crew leader, and myself reviewed all the work to be done. Steve went to work on another project, but left his capable crew to systematically convert our yard from an overgrown mess to the showplace it was meant to be. Steve and Tracy came back and brought the crew lunch while also checking on the progress. The care in which the crew approached shaping/trimming, removing and shaping the vines, raising the canopy of the bushes and trees, as well as laying the mulch was impressive. In the past, I have lost several perennials from crews laying mulch haphazardly, but this would not have been the case with the way 24M's crew laid mulch. Sergio did a good job of clarifying or asking if he wanted my opinion or if he could not remember all the details of the extensive project, which I appreciate. The 24M crew did their best to make the mulch look perfect when they left (without my asking), so there were no footprints anywhere to be seen. The crew removed all waste from the property and took great care to make sure it fit securely inside their trailer. It is a pet peeve of mine to get caught driving down the road behind a trailer overfilled with landscape debris spewing the materials out the back of the trailer at my windshield. This would not be the case if I were driving behind the 24M crew. Steve and Tracy arrived at the end to check the work and complete the final details. My wife and I chatted with them for a long while as they also are nice people. I will happily work with 24M in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
