Steve was very helpful with advice, he and his workers arrived at the time they specified. finished when he said he would. Did a great job for a fair competitive price. Description of Work: Well I think people who are too busy for new business need to mention on advertisement. Don't like wasting my time even with email. And Angie's list should be aware as well to not make those that are too busy for new business the first one that comes up.

Description of Work: Cleared overgrown wooded area behind our home. Removed small trees, vines, weeds of all kinds. Had to haul debris uphill to truck for removal. Really heavy work. Three men worked solidly for about 8 hours. Did a thorough job and cleaned up when the job was completed. Only one tiny complaint was a few oil stains in driveway from truck.

 + 0 moreI had to postpone my appointment several times and Steve was always accommodating. The crew arrived on time and did an excellent job mulching the designated areas. Steve kept in touch throughout the process to make sure the team did exactly as requested. They had extra mulch left and they graciously added other areas at no extra charge and even edged around the trees. They cleaned up afterwards and left a great job behind. Steve did his final inspection and requested that I do the same and give him the feedback before the team left the work site. This small business works extra hard and the crew is polite and takes great pride in their work. Overall, I could not be happier. Great job 24M!
Description of Work: The work was in conjunction with the Angie's list big deal for 2 cubic yards of mulch delivered and spread. I added other areas for an extra fee.

 + 0 moreI wanted not only mulch delivered and placed, but also soil/compost for my 3 large raised beds. Steve Milby, the owner of 24M, came to my home and measured for the soil and went over the details with me about where the mulch was to be laid. We agreed on a date, and a price for the extra non-Angie's list soil/compost, and he showed up right on the dot to do the actual work on the agreed-upon date. He and an assistant did a wonderful job of both mulch and soil, even weed-whacking where the mulch was to go to make certain the ground was as level as possible. He's a great guy and I would hire him again in a second.
Description of Work: Mulch delivery and spreading, and soil/compost delivery and spreading.

Description of Work: Steve came out the week ahead of installation and measured flower beds and discussed process. On the date of service, Steve and his crew did an excellent job of edging the beds and laying down fresh mulch. He even edged areas near our front sidewalk others (in past years) had overlooked and corrected the problem of mulch washing out onto sidewalk after it rains. He also edged a side flower bed we share with neighbors to perfectly match their portion. Very dedicated.

Steve was extremely prompt with his communication, he showed up exactly when he said he would, and he and his guys did a great job. In addition to the work they did today, I got an estimate for the back yard. It was very reasonable, even though it's not part of the original deal. I will definitely consider using him again in the future.
Description of Work: Delivery and application of 2 cubic yards of mulch. Steve and his guys delivered the mulch and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished.

Description of Work: We used 24M for our home yard work. Steve came faithfully every week or every other week as needed depending on the grass height. It was nice not having to call and remind someone. He's very professional, arrives in a profession work truck with all the tools. He completes the work very professionally, it looks much better than a neighborhood kid, or myself. He also completed some cleanup and landscapping when we sold our house. It looked great after Steve's work and I think attributed in us selling the house within 10 days fo listing. Very fair pricing and terms.
