DIDN'T GO GOOD AT ALL! First off I was told over and over they would be coming on a certain day. Waited all day five different days. I called each of those days and Carl the owner kept saying they are still coming. We had already gave him a deposit or I definitely would have said no way. The job was done on a day that it suppose to rain and they still did it and now we have rain holes all over it. It was a concrete patio and sidewalks with stamping and you can see the actual squares of the stinsel ( never should see thise lines we found out). It started blistering and bubbling! We have tried and tried to get the owner to come out and address the problems but all we get are emails with excuses or just no response. We are not knowledgable on concrete so we had to rely on his expertise and that didn't happen. He had sub contractors and they are absolutely horrible! He said he didn't even like the job they did. Waiting now on a response and for him to either fix it to our satisfaction or give us a refund of our $3,200. This isn't a amount we can chalk up and say oh well to. We thought he backed his work and apparently he does not. I would never let him do any work again unless its redoing the shotty work already done. He told me when I paid him that the squares would fade and he will be coming back to put the finish coat on but of course nothing. I actually cancelled the first check...they of course came the next day to fix the color problem. Now that he got his money it's seems like he could care less now. He did say he has a guarantees all his concrete work but its not looking like it.
