Awful communication after the company switched owners. The new owners are still using the previous owner as an excuse as to why they have not completed my project. The past 16 months have been a nightmare especially trying to get my pool deck completed. They basically took my money and ran which is my fault for trusting them but I dealt with the previous owner who was much more trustworthy. I have numerous texts from the new owner stating how they plan to complete the job. However, 7 weeks ago they quit responding to me altogether. I have left multiple messages for the owner along with texts and have not gotten a response since. I have been more than patient which is why they kept me hanging for so long. Very unprofessional. I would avoid doing any business with this company.

It went very well! The only reason I did not use their services were due to high cost.
Description of Work: I called for a free estimate for multiple projects at my house. These were the following: removal of an existing paver patio, new patio roughly 32'x12', a walkway from the patio to the driveway, driveway extensions 22" on each side, a new front walkway, and a front porch/patio. David was extremely professional, friendl, helpful, and confident. No request seemed too large and I was left with a very good impression, and opinion of the company's abilities! I received an itemized quote two days later. The total was $18,700. The removal of the existing paver stones (and demo of small concrete pad underneath) was nearly $2000. The patio itself was $5000. Everything else was an average of $2000 each. I decided to get a quote from another company. They quoted nearly $6000 less, I'm confident in their reputation and abilities, and have decided to go with them instead.
