Another You

I hired Lisa Harper of Another You to clean a house I had not yet moved into. She was to have cleaned it on April 11, but she called that morning to cancel because her son was sick. We rescheduled for the 14th. I met her at the house on the 14th and she began cleaning it. About 20 minutes later she told me she had gotten an emergency phone call, saying her son got his finger shut in a door at school and the finger was barely hanging on. I gave her my cell phone number and she left. I assumed she would call me later that day to let me know how her son was and to reschedule the cleaning, but she didn’t. The next day I left a message for her to call me. That was a week and a half ago, and she never contacted me again. Her first cancellation put me behind in getting my house ready for the move, but I understood that her son was sick. Her refusal to contact me after the second cancellation really inconvenienced me. I have no idea why she behaved this way.

Lisa Harper is great, reliable and thorough. I never have to remind her for anything. She is willing to do additional work. I pay her $25 an hour. She does a wonderful job. She is excellent and I highly recommend her. I have no problems and I have nothing but praise for her work. I would use her services in the future too.

She was very accommodating for the day that was better for me. She arrived on time, very efficient and very friendly. Did a good job cleaning.

She arrived on time, was dressed well and pleasant attitude. Some areas where she cleaned appeared very clean. After she left I inspected more closely and noticed there were many areas that were untouched. The china cabinet which is on hardwood and raised on feet was not cleaned underneath, nor were other pieces of furniture that are 3-5 inches off the ground. We have pets so this is important for hair control. The areas behind toilets and a pedestal sink was also not done. She did spend alot of time cleaning and did a good job in some areas, but I would rather have a generally good job everywhere rather than a A-D job done throughout the house.

Lisa met w/me to see the space and give me an estimate. She made sure I was comfortable with the cost-estimate. After the second cleaning by Lisa, I could not be happier. She has a great personality, high energy, and attention to detail. She really is Another Me because I like the edges of the floor clean and unfortunately the only way to to that is on hands-and-knees! Lisa is timely and accomodating. I HIGHLY recommend Another You.

They are an excellent service and do very thorough in cleaning. The main thing that sticks out for me is that I own a lot of collectible items and she always makes sure to clean them individually and she has never broken any of them. I own a dog as well and she is very good at cleaning up all the dog hair that collects around the house. She has never missed an appointment.
