About us

I provide residential real estate appraisal services for estates, divorces, private sales, pre-sales, and for many other appraisal needs. If you are refinancing or purchasing a property using a lender, it is highly likely that you HAVE to use a lender approved appraiser. I pride myself on proving open and honest communication throughout the appraisal process and am always happy to answer your questions. I appraise single family homes, 2-4 unit residential income properties, residential vacant land, and condominiums. I currently work in the following Kentucky counties: Jefferson, Bullitt, Oldham, and Shelby. I look forward to helping you with any of your residential appraisal needs.
