Description of Work: Cleaned area rug with dog stains and wood stain bleeds. Dog odors were removed. Work was done well but we did not get a very friendly greeting when we walked into the store.

Description of Work: I had 5 rugs cleaned and was pleased with all but one. It looked worse than when I sent it. I have some pet stain issues but not on just this one rug. In fact, this one had the least soil. I was puzzled in that the other rugs came back looking so well.

Description of Work: Anabel's picked up my oriental carpet, washed it and returned it. |They were on time, courteous and did a fine job of cleaning the rug. Because it was a hand knotted wool rug, I was told to only have it washed...not dry cleaned. They kept it several day to allow for washing and drying. I was very satisfied with the results and the service.

 + 0 moreThey delivered the pad for the cleaned rug and installed it - really did a super job! Also had rod pockets installed on purchased piece - hand done and great quality. Great staff to work with. Anabel is very engaging and works closely with customers to assure top-notch service and customer satisfaction.
Description of Work: Bought 2 lovely small rugs (after home approval period) and had an existing kilim rug cleaned.

 + 0 moreI delivered three Persian rugs to Anabel's for cleaning and repair. Anabel's did excellent work. One rug is an antique and was very dirty and completely discolored, in part due to smoke damage during a fire. The other two were dirty and also had smoke damage. Anabel's restored that antique rug to pristine condition, and did comparable work on the other two rugs. I could not be more satisfied, and the price was very reasonable.
