I already rated them once, but this keeps coming up in my email box and there is no other place to tell you I already did it.

Description of Work: I called on a Saturday morning, on the first frosty morning this fall, because my furnace did not turn on. I tried another service first, but AN Roth responded first and were able to send someone that same day (for an extra weekend service charge). The service technician tested the furnace thoroughly and recommended replacing the venter motor, which cost about $450. He had to go pick up the part, which he did, and then he replaced it that same day. The furnace has been working since then without any more problems.

Description of Work: I sent a email from their web site asking for a quote and they did not get back with me. Then I called and left a message for a quote and got no response.

Description of Work: AC United needed charging but not as much as they say was needed. Said unit needed 7 lbs of R12, charged me an arm and a leg for the R12. After that the I noticed the united started "hard" and called them back out to take another look and to recheck pressures for leaks since they said it was leaking. - Stated it was fine and didn't appear to be leaking, they said that the compress was going back on a unit that was only 3.5 years old according to them it was much older - guess they couldn't read the manufacture dates. Anyway I called another company to come out and take a look, found the unit was over charged by at least 3-4 lbs based on what the tech had to take out of the system. | |Anyway I Roth expected me to pay for the return trip to recheck the unit which was over charged and to find out they fired the tech that they originally sent out. So I was overcharged for R12 that I didn't need and I had to pay someone else to remove it from the system to keep from tearing up the AC system. The people I once trusted to perform my AC work are no longer as such I have moved on as well.

Description of Work: Our A/C stopped working suddenly and we used a big deal to have AN Roth come look at our unit. They diagnosed that the coolant was gone but could find no leak. They quoted a price close to $400 to replace the coolant completely. When they came to do the repair the next week, the tech said the coolant line was simply clogged and no new coolant was leaking. I guess they couldn't detect the clog until they tried to add the coolant. They seemed very knowledgeable.
