The person that came to fix the glass was prompt and very nice in addition to doing a good job

I have attempted to get one window panel installed for a month now. They sent out someone to measure the window and never heard back from them. After numerous phone calls and e-mails, I finally received a quote for the repair which was reasonable. I was then informed the window would be ordered and installed in a few days. That was two weeks ago. All attempts to communicate have been purposely ignored with no response. If they did not want the job why not just say so and be done with it. I will certainly advise anyone to avoid this company. Such a simple task, yet they advertise quick courteous service. That has not been my experience at all. I normally do not leave bad reviews and simply take my money elsewhere. But this is truly a rude unresponsive group of individuals and needs to be exposed as such. Buyer Beware. My experience with these folks has not been good. If I could rank them at zero I would.
