Excellent. Alex was professional and thorough.

The technician took the whole dryer apart. The drum was in my hallway. He repaired the ?pullies . My unhandy husband was so impressed. The technician was so very polite and pleasant. In no time he had the dryer back together. The best part (including the technician) was the price. Reasonable charges!! I give him lots of stars!

The Almanac man came right away. He was neatly dressed in an Almanac jacket. He was professional in his manner. He assessed the problem and answered my questions. He did only what needed doing, which turned out well in my favor. He engendered my trust and was quite pleasant guy.

Got estimates on repair. Decided that washer was to old for repair.

Alex Lamptey did an excellent and thorough job on my GE clothes dryer. He is very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly to work with. No after visit clean-up necessary either. If I have any future issues with any large household appliances, I will not hesitate to call and have him resolve the problem.

Amazing. Alex is very professional from start to finish. He takes time to explain the issue and how it needs to be fixed. He’s very up front with what the estimate costs are and when it was time to pay, the final (actual) cost was lower - much lower - than his original estimate. I’m not sure I will ever use anyone else other than Alex.

The technician knew what was wrong when he came, and he had to appropriate pasts with him. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and he completed the work in a timely fashion. Also, he did not leave until he knew the repairs had been made.
