Description of Work: Allied did the original work on our home for a screened in deck. After almost 12 years, the custom-sized screen door needed to be replaced due to the door getting bent by strong winds. They were quick to come out and take the measurements and determine what was needed, but after two months, and a down payment on the work, nothing has been completed. They called once with a vague commitment to come out but never showed up. Since then, we have made numerous phone calls, left messages, spoken to the owner, and we get more of the same runaround. "We'll put it on the board", or "We'll try to get someone out there," or "these small jobs are killing us".

Description of Work: Father provided estimate. We accepted estimate with Steve and contacted him/company via e-mail and phone to find out when they could schedule us to do the work. Were told by phone that they would call us before they come out, never heard from them again nor did they come to do the work. Followed up twice via e-mail again, no response.

+ -1 moreThey are a local company and they provided excellent service and most competitive price. They were very professional throughout the entire process. They were timely. They came in and did a great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Allied Aluminum Products probably year and a half ago. They put in 17 storm windows throughout the entire house.

+ -1 moreThe awning itself is fine- the proposal, delivery time and cost was no issue. The issue was the installer and the installation. The installer brought his girlfriend and her dog. The awning is installed crooked and the installer left the stairs under the awning covered in the debris that came down with the old awning. The awning is installed over siding that is about to be replaced and so the awning will ultimately come down and be put back up by the siding installers- this is the reason I am not bothering with having Allied straighten out their crooked job. Its just more holes in my house at this point.
Description of Work: Tear off of old awning and replace with new awning over door.

Description of Work: They enclosed our deck. They put in a ceiling and screened it in. They also installed two screen doors.
