+ -1 moreBob , the owner, was very responsive and knew what he was talking .He did not try to oversell, but explained all the available options. The install went very well. We thought the prices where reasonable and cheaper than some other companies. We also had couple of alarms go off and the response was immediate.

+ -1 moreThe price is very reasonable. The deal was made when I had the system installed and that low rate has just remained the same, through the years. I have talked to them on the phone a few times recently. I was having some issues with how the alarms were performing and we have been able to take care of those, over the phone. The technician talked me through how to make adjustments to the keypad and how to set them work to my specific needs. They are pretty responsive. They would not be able to address programming issues but on the other hand, I have gotten return calls after hours, when I have left messages.
Description of Work: I used Alliant Security Systems Inc to install a home security system fourteen years ago. They don’t specifically do the monthly monitoring but it is arranged through them. There is a battery back up to the system and I had to have the battery replaced. They mailed it to me so they didn’t actually have to come to the house.
