He spend about two hours doing a very thorough analysis of my system, using a scope to determine the extent of rust, damage, etc., coolant pressure test, etc. He then provided a quote for replacement. His quote was on the high side, but not by much. I am sure they would be an excellent choice.

The technician arrived on time and thoroughly cleaned out my a/c unit. I have used this company in the past and each time I have been very pleased with the service.

I had no problem getting through to Allgeier at the phone number on their website late on Saturday. Their staff were courteous and apologized that they couldn't get someone out that evening due to being all booked up, but were able to get someone out the next morning at 8 AM. Their technician called ahead of time to warn me on Sunday before arriving and was extremely professional and courteous. When he arrived, I went to show him the issue inside my house and he slipped on covers for his shoes (he did this every time he had to come in or out of the house without having to be asked). He figured out the issue with my AC unit fairly quickly and had the capacitor it needed in his truck. He fixed the AC unit and all was well. Algeier Air was fast, professional and reliable and their technician was done in less than an hour.

Very professional, ask questions about the air conditioner, took the air conditioner apart and found the problem. Repaired it quickly and efficiently. Answered questions I had about it and explained his answers to where I could understand what I needed to do. Definitely would hire Alleger Air again!!!!!!!!!!!

It went very well. The service technician had come to do an evaluation the previous Monday 25 Apr and determined that the coil on the outside unit was bad. The cost to repair was not worth the cost of replacement. He also found that another service provider who had come the week before had left my air handler motor in an unsafe situation and corrected it. He evaluated what I needed provided me with a fair price on the spot and and scheduled to do the repair that Friday. On Friday, another technician arrived as the initial one was ill. He apologized for the swap and immediately went to work. He stayed on schedule with minimal disruptions to myself as he did the replacement. He then ask to run a quick cool and then heat test to make sure the unit worked well with the thermostat. I entered into a service agreement at the same time. The unit installed carries a 10 year parts and 1 year labor warranty.

Kenny was very helpful and professional. Preformed troubleshooting of HVAC. Provided fast and efficient service.

We were seeing steam come out of our unit that sits outside and were concerned that we were going to have an electrical fire. We seen this company on Angie's list for a very low, low price and decided to call. They scheduled the appointment right away for the same day after 5 pm. They called back shortly after that call and offered us an earlier time which of course was awesome. The two technicians came on time and were very knowledgeable and professional. They explained it is just a feature of our unit that it is actually de-icing... now worries (at least not now)! Great company, great price, great technicians!!!

We moved into this house 6 months ago and it was previously owned by a HVAC salesman. According to him he had the top of the line systems installed and I have to admit I was completely unfamiliar with all 3 of them. I called Alleger because I read the positive reviews on Angie's List as well as the Angie's List coupon. I needed a technician to explain how the systems work as well as install a nest thermostat that I had received for christmas. Allgeier set up the appointment and called me 45 minutes before the technician arrived to make sure I was home and still ready for the appointment. 40 minutes later Kenny (tech) arrived. I gotta say he was awesome. I just ran by him how I was going to install the Nest thermostat and he confirmed that I was correct in how I was going to do it. So I didn't need him for that service after all but it was nice to have his verification. Then Kenny examined all the systems and their functionality. He was extremely patient with all my questions and showed some things I didn't even know the system had (uv lights in the furnace for mold for instance). He showed me the airflow of the systems, which vents were actually returns, let me know how old the systems were, and gave me advice on filter changing. In the end I ended up getting 2 Alleger Annual Club Memberships to cover our main system as well as the upstairs one. Our third system is for the garage and while it's nice, I couldn't care less if it breaks. So I didn't get one for that one. Overall I gotta say they're pretty awesome so far. Very nice, friendly, and honest. I will definitely be a customer moving forwards.

We were very glad we signed up for the Allgeier service club and had the heating unit inspected & cleaned. At the initial service the technician Kenny found that the flu pipe was rusted and actually had a hole. The replacement was necessary without question and the repair was performed within a few days.

They weren't very good. The guy that came out here just wanted to sell a new air conditioner. He didn't give too good a look at the thing. He gave it a look and then said you need a new air conditioner basically. He gave me a price and it was too high and I just didn't do anything with them. I think all he was interested in was selling because when we called out the other place, the other place that came out checked it so I didn't have to get a new air conditioner.

Very impressed with this service. Technician was very thorough and executed the inspection in a timely manner. After the inspection, he explained to me what he had done and make some recommendation. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I called the company because it had an offer on Angie's List for a furnace diagnosis I made an appointment for the diagnosis plus maintenance. The furnace worked okay when the tech arrived, so I was only charged for the maintenance. The people I spoke with on the phone and the tech were very good to work with.

Mr. Rivard was thorough in his explanation of options and did not pressure me in any way in the choice I made. I had the A/C unit replaced at the same time (had trouble with A/C for past two years). Matt thoroughly inspected the work done by technicians after installation was completed. Excellent customer service, very professional. I highly recommend this company.
