Description of Work: Our AC fan was running, but cold air wasn't being made. So they came out within 24 hours (and even then, the lady on the phone apologized that they couldn't get there sooner,) and fixed it. Haven't had any problems since. | |I was a little shocked by the price. The repair man said we had a freon leak somewhere, even though the year before a different servicer from a different company told us otherwise. He showed me a worksheet with different fixes & their prices, so I felt that he wasn't nickle & diming me. He did upsell me to a solution that he said would seal the (apparently tiny) leak and should prevent further issues. He also said that previously, he wouldn't have recommended that solution because he hadn't had luck with those sealants in the past. But he said the newest kind really seemed to be working. So, I appreciated how upfront he was. Even though it was costing me about 4x more than what I hoped/expected to pay. So far, so good!

Description of Work: Complete New HVAC system installed. My 23 year old system went down about 5 days ago. Heat was unbearable. They stayed here until 8 pm Tuesday night until the AC was up and running. Even the owner himself, Rick Allgeiger, came out with his tool belt on and jumped in and helped his guys get it installed. Who does that in this day and time. He was also here until 8pm. A very long day for all these guys. They missed their dinner and familys,so our family could finally get a good night's rest in cool air. Came back the next day and finished the furnace install. Great bunch of guys, hard working, very knowledgeable about there job. Give them a call if you help. They truly care.

Description of Work: We found the unit that was installed to be not as powerful as the unit it was replacing. The company came out and tried to remedy the situation and charged us many more hundred dollars. Not happy and will not use again. We spent way way too much money on a product we cannot return.
