The tech was supposed to be at the house at 5, but showed up after 7. He stayed until 11:00 and never got the remote controls working completely. I called and explained the problems I was having and a tech was sent the next day to fix the problem.

My appointment was for the morning and I received a courtesy call from the tech letting me know he was on his way. He showed up on time and was very polite and professional. He walked through the house and explained fully to me what was going to take place. He gave me choices and options on where to put the satellite dish and where to put the computer modem. The technician completed the work in a timely manner but also took the extra time to make sure I knew how to work my tv remotes and also how to use my new internet provider. I was very please with the work provided and the extra time he took to explain how things worked.
Description of Work: I signed up for DirecTV and Exede satellite service through this local dealer. The technician showed up on time and hooked up my internet and televisions. He was very courteous, clean, and professional. I remember this because it was raining that day and he took the time to wipe his feet off several times before entering my house.

When I started out, Darin Niedens promised me when I switched to Dish cable that I would receive a $250 gas gift card, and he later changed that to a $300 gas card. However, he has failed to deliver that card. He said that the company that was going to issue the gas cards went out of business, but he has not made good on issuing the card. I have had discussions with him about several promises he made but this is the big one. He gave me a voucher for the card, but because the company went out of business, the voucher was worthless. I think he is trying to work through it, but he still has not followed through. My dealings are with him, and I just want him to fulfil the promises he made. I asked him to simply send me a check for the $300 or send me the gas card, but he has not been responsive and has not follwed through.
