All In The Details

I had a 2008 IS250 that had not been waxed in several years. The car is black making it even more susceptible to showing dirt, swirls, etc. Anthony worked for a solid hour and a half on the car. It was immaculate after he was done. He had all the necessary equipment, water, generator, vacuum, etc right on the truck. Will recommend to anyone i know!

It went very well. It was a bit of a challenge to get scheduled. It took about 2 1/2 -3 hours to do and he took care of our MiniVan.

The provider had some 'email' or other problems w/Angie's list, according to his email to me. I understand and am a patient person. But after that date, in spite of several additional emails, to which I received NO response whatsoever, I've asked for a refund. It seemed like a great deal. I'm extremely disappointed w/All In The Details and Anthony. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Unreliable, unprofessional, and uncooperative.

Anthony e-mailed me to set up a date for my service, and was able to schedule me for about 3 weeks out. He sent a reminder a few days prior, then sent a note telling me he was on his way this AM. Scheduled time was 10 AM, and he was here a couple minutes early. He was friendly, courteous and professional, and brought all his own equipment (including water in a tank to do the washing!). We discussed the issues I had, and he assured me he would cover everything I requested. He was even able to remove the greasy, stuck on gunk on my wheels (rims?). He finished the job in just 2 hours, start to finish. I could not be happier about the outcome. And the convenience of having someone come to my house was awesome. I would recommend Anthony and "All in the Details" to everyone. Excellent!

This was a gift for my son and his wife and they were totally happy and said this was the best gift they could have received~!! He came to their work location and did it there so they didn't have to make a trip somewhere to drop it off. perfect~!!

Fabulous job! Extremely professional, prompt & personable! All emails were responded to within 24 to 48 hours. I received a courtesy call to confirm the arrival. The company arrived with a self sufficient vehicle carrying all necessary equipment including the water used. Anthony, the owner, transformed my 2003 model car to show room appearance My car had not been washed in SIX months! The exterior was not just dirty from the past winter weather, but had springtime pollen, maple tree seed pods ("whirly-gigs") in crevices, tree sap, and minor scratches to deal with. The headlights were dull & presented challenges in providing sufficient light at night. The interior was dusty and reflected having dogs as frequent passengers. Interior leather looks terrific & the exterior glistens in the sunlight. the whole process was amazingly fast & the area left spotless. Saying that I'm REALLY pleased seems insufficient in describing how delighted I am with the results. I HIGHLY recommend All In the Details! I dare say that one would be hard pressed to find a better company in this field!!

I ordered an auto detail service, using a discount coupon on Angie's List. Unfortunately the provider never contacted me and has not responded to my e mail or phone call. When you call their phone number, the voice mail says that the mail box is full. I am used to prompt and responsive service from vendors I trust, and this was not the case this time. I continue to have confidence in Angie's List (and have had some very good experiences), but this was not one of them.

They were absolutely perfect and wonderful in every way! The service exceeded my expectations. They sent two people who worked for two hours, and it was absolutely wonderful!

This service provider was excellent! They were very responsive. We had to reschedule a few times due to weather, and they were very prompt about getting back to us with new dates. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work. They did an amazing job! We have three small children and when they were finished, our cars looked brand new! We will definitely be using them again!

I received a call from provider promptly after purchasing. They set up a date the following Thursday. No one showed up and when I called them the following week their mailbox was filled and I could not leave a message I called you and was told you would email them. No response.

Purchased Auto detailing for two vehicles. Called and spoke with young lady on proper procedures to schedule and she said a few days notice is fine. When I called back the next week, they were not answering calls and left message. Called back two more times and voice mail was full and not taking any messages. I left two messages on their website giving my contact numbers and need to schedule. This is going on three weeks of trying to get a response. To date, I have not heard from anyone at this company. Time to move on.

I never could get a hold of him. He never responded to phone calls or emails.

He arrived on time and was very pleasant. After detailing the 2001 Acura, it looked like it was brand new. I was pleased with all the work and felt very safe with him on my property. I highly recommend them.

We would absolutely give them all A's. It was well worth the price. They were courteous and they came and introduced themselves to us. They asked if we wanted to check out the car to make sure that we were satisfied. They cleaned up everything. They did everything they said they were going to do and they showed me everything they did and any stain they couldn't get out. There were 2 young guys and they were just delightful. They were very nice. They did everything very well. We will use them again.

Never contacted me. Calls to their number resulted in them having a "full" mailbox, so I couldn't even leave a message. E-mail to them went unanswered. So disappointing.

Beautiful! Absolutely paid attention to "all the details". I love the convenience of coming to me. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends.

Outstanding. Courteous, professional, customer-oriented, well-trained. Team arrived promptly. In two hours time my car looked like a new car both inside and out. This provider and his team TRULY value you as a customer. I could not be more happy !

Anthony, owner of All in the Details, was at my house exactly at the scheduled time. He was personable and professional. I had to leave before he was finished, so I asked him to lock up my car and leave the keys in a designated place. Anthony called when he finished the job and let me know exactly where he had placed the keys. When I got home, my car looked spectacular inside and out. Conversation with Anthony revealed an excellent work ethic, and results proved it to be genuine. I would recommend All in the Details to anyone, and I will definitely be using them again. Did I mention that this is a mobile operation? Yes, they come to YOU!!!! Amazing!! I have had detailing done by bigger companies, but have never been more impressed than I am by this company. Again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

This is the second time we have used All in The Details. He does a great job. I like that he comes to you. Very accommodating on scheduling. Very nice and professional. Highly recommend.

I gave them some dates that I was available but never heard anything. I called and left a message but did not receive a call back. After that, I called back every day but the message box was full. I called them back again a week after that to leave a message and still nothing.

Showed up on time. Communication was good. Did a great job detailing the car and even cleaned some more under the hood at my request. Would recommend to others.

Anthony was extremely friendly and professional. He arrived on time and spent about an hour and a half cleaning my car in its driveway. My car is six years old and had not been detailed since I bought it. Anthony restored my car to brand-new condition. I was really impressed too that I could drive in my car automatically because the interior was dry cleaned, so there was no need to wait until it dried. I will definitely use Anthony again and more often!

Initially we were not contacted within the time frame stated, however Angie's List confirmed that the email notifications were not sent to the provider. Therefore this was not the provider's fault. I recommend you call the provider personally to set the appointment in case this remains an issue. The appointment was made and due to a minor miscommunication we thought the appointment was Tuesday and they had it down for Thursday. However, the owner rearranged his schedule to ensure that our vehicles were done today regardless of the scheduling mishap. This is good customer service in our opinion. The owner explained that there have been some minor growing pains and scheduling has been the area of concern. We feel he is sincere in his desire to do a good job for his customers. The actual detail jobs were wonderful. The cars are very clean and smell great. I will use them again despite the initial scheduling mishaps.
