(member name removed), I do apologize for your poor experience with our company. You are correct that there are disappointing reviews. The one constant is that the lack of communication, not the work completed. We have been overwhelmed with response to our ad, thus to help overcome the issue of communication we have upgraded our website to enable our client to schedule a confirmed appointment on our schedule. I would like to point out a misconception. Our company along with all companies that advertise deals on Angie's List and other third party companies, we do not receive the money up front. The third party holds a majority of the money for months before receive payment, not to mention they take a large portion of the amount that the deal sells. So to state that a company advertises to take the money and not full fill the work is untrue. I do appreciate you completing a review and letting others know of your experience.
