All Aspect Chimney Service

Came check said was already clean. Didnâ  t know how to check gas lines. Got upset because he said when trying to cut line on it hurt his hand. Collected 210 and slammed door and drove off. When confronted about his work he got upset not professional. Would not recommend this company

Service tech was friendly and efficient. Still hoping to receive the inspection report for my records. I thought the chimney cleaning and inspection cost was worthwhile for the expertise. However, as a DIY person, I did feel the follow up quotes for waterproofing exterior brick and new chimney cap were quite high. Even though they may have been inline with industry norms.

The business owner was unprofessional by the way he spoke to a woman by yelling and screaming at the fact he thought he was right and I was wrong. The business owner never explained to me exactly what services he was going to provide and I did not receive the services that he had explained to me before the job was done. My fireplace is still dirty.

Took some time to get them to come out but learned it was the beginning of the busy season so that's when people use their services. All in all, they were on time, inspected my gas fireplace, had some suggestions, and answered my questions. They had discovered some work that needs to be done with my chimney and sent me a quote but not pushy in using their company. I would recommend them
