This was a Big Deal that was purchased . Services were performed to my satisfaction .

Fire places worked well, lit easily with the controls. Chimneys were clean. All areas looked good and functioning properly

The company contacted me right away to schedule an appointment. The service was scheduled for 9am on a Wednesday. I received a call on Monday to reschedule to 10:30am Wednesday. That was fine, I noted it and adjusted my schedule. I was walking my dog in the neighborhood around 9am on Wednesday and saw the All American Chimney van go by! Granted, he had called, but from a Michigan number so I hadn't answered (and my hand was too sweaty to swipe to accept the call!) So they showed up nearly a the originally scheduled time. The tech, Levi, was courteous and professional. He explained the process and what he was doing. He showed me photos of the inside of the chimney and the top of the chimney from the roof inspection that he'd done. He made recommendations and was out the door in a little over an hour. I would recommend the company and use them again!

It went pretty good. It's alright. It was pretty good. I think they used that to kind of try to sell other products. They did do what they said they were going to do. They were good. Everything went well. It's pretty good for the inspection.

I had All American Chimney Sweep inspect a fireplace and chimney on house I am looking to buy. Estimated that cost to repair/replace structure of fireplace/chimney would approximately $8430.00. Unbeknownst to me the seller of the house had the fireplace/chimney inspected and fixed according to my realtor. I felt the technicians who inspected took advantage of me and that estimated costs were over priced. Estimate was not itemized and poorly written.

I was very pleased with there service. The kind of technology they used allowed me to see what was going on inside the chimney. They explained things as they were doing it. They were very clean and very thorough. I thought they were great. Nice to see what is wrong in the chimney than just reading a review.

DeWayne was very professional and friendly and did an excellent job. Went above and beyond my expectations. Very helpful explaining how everything worked. Plan on using them again as soon as they can schedule me for cleaning and fireplace repair.

Was a complex installation but Doug and crew made numerous trips for exact measurements. Final installation was a perfect fit! On one occasion after initial prep, needed additional sealing and they responded immediately. Would unconditionally recommend them to all.

I bought a deal with them, and spoke with them over the phone a few times. They were very responsive and handled things quite well, but they were unable to perform the service that I needed.

The technician who came to my house was fantastic. He was incredibly polite, very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable having him in my home when the only people home were myself and my 6 month old. He made sure to lay down throw cloths so as not to get any dirt in my house. He cleaned out my chimney and inspected the gas logs. He even helped me do some research regarding how the logs are supposed to be placed for maximum efficiency and heat. The original problem I was concerned with was a potential gas leak from the fire place which he tested and assured me it was not the problem. It turned out it was probably operator error on our part regarding the flu; however, I feel much more confident knowing it was inspected by a professional. He also did an inspection outside and noticed some issues with the chimney. I plan on calling them to do the work soon.

When I called to inquire about the service, the receptionist / scheduler was very nice, but very pushy. She goaded me into making an appointment to hold a spot for me since they were booked out for almost a month. After I found another provider who was both significantly less expensive and willing to fit me in during the time frame I needed, I called back to cancel my appointment with AAC. The same receptionist attempted to talk me out of canceling (to be expected), but she did so by bad-mouthing other providers, even though she admitted that she had no experience with the particular provider I decided to use. This is just poor business practice and very unprofessional in my opinion.

Very punctual, professional and good communication. Price seems high but I don't have any comparison. I think that's just the going rate for masonry work. I would use them again.

Did a nice job with the sweeping and inspection. Provided an overview of various products and services to get the chimney in good shape for everyday use. professional and knowledgeable.

They explained what kind of fireplace I have and cleaned and serviced it without leaving any mess. Made recommendations. They were polite and knowledgeable.

Provider was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. Explained everything and took pictures of inside of chimney in order to explain what needed to be done. Would definitely use again!

I would not rate them very high. They came and they did the job. Their biggest thing was to sell a chimney repair. The guy came in and started telling me everything that was wrong with my chimney and said they could fix it for me. He did the same with my neighbor too. They did the job as far as what we had requested, but they told me that we needed to repair our chimney. They did their job, they were on time, but you should be prepared for a big sales pitch.

The gentleman who came for the sweep portion of the job on June 12 was exceedingly nice. He went over and above, even reconnecting the gas line in the fireplace. I have not been able to use the fireplace in three years! I was very happy. The second gentleman came about a week later to replace the chimney cover. I'm not sure how long the job took as I was not at home the whole time. But when I came home, except for the shiny new cover, there was no trace that he had been there. Both gentlemen who came to my home were courteous, prompt, thoroughly professional, pleasant and well-versed in chimneys and fireplaces. My only concern was the price of the chimney cover, as I had been told by a house inspector the job would cost around $300. However, the chimney cover was in dire need of replacing (it was rusty and leaking), and the new cover is outstanding. Well worth the money and I would use them again for any of my chimney concerns. For the first time since I bought my home, I will be able to use my fireplace with confidence, knowing now it is safe in all aspects.Very happy customer.

They advertised themselves as doing masonry work and I need some ornamental bricks installed and concrete shelves removed from a fireplace. They only work on exterior chimneys. I figured masonry is brick work, regardless of where it is located. My husband couldn't even get the guy who came out to give an estimate on a chimney cap, which also isn't covered by the Big Deal, to volunteer to do some work on his own time. Go figure.
