Description of Work: Chimney cap was replaced and chimney was cleaned. |They did an excellent job and were very polite and courteous.

Description of Work: They cleaned my chimney and did an excellent job. Then ran a camera up the chimney and pointed out gaps/and or cracks that could cause a chimney fire. Then left with a proposal to knock out flu and rebuild for several thousand dollars. I called in chimney building contractors and they advised this is part of their MO. The flu is surrounded by brick and often what one is seeing in the camera is the reverse side of the mortar and it looks like cracks/gaps. If sparks did get through they would fall on other brick, shouldn't be a problem. They did point out as did "All American" the need to rebuild exterior parts of upper and mid chimney. The contractor did this at significantly less cost.

Description of Work: We had a safety inspection done. He let us know in detail what needed to be done to the chimney - but did not push us to get it done right then. We paid for the inspection. We're not ready to do the repairs just yet, but when we are, we'll call them back. Also,he was very professional and informative about some other questions we had.

They inspected and cleaned our chimney thoroughly and were very prompt and professional. We will call them the next time we need them.

Description of Work: Dewayne Taylor, Lead Technician, was very professional as he video inspected and cleaned our chimney. We were told that we will need major repairs before we can use our fireplace. Project is ongoing.....

Description of Work: Cleaning and inspection was thorough. We did have some repairs needed - some we knew and some were newly discovered -we are still evaluating and getting quotes for those repairs.

Description of Work: They inspected and cleaned the chimney and fireplace. Any issues discovered were brought to my attention. Costs for them to resolve/fix each issue were itemized in writing. In fact all of their findings were noted in writing. | |The entire service was performed in about 2 hours and the fireplace area was left as clean as it had been before they came.

Description of Work: We asked them for estimate for gas fireplace insert and installing a damper. We already have a gas line run to the firplace. They were very prompt and professional and gave us a quote to do some outside brick repair and the installation work. We were shocked at over $4000 for an insert and total estimate of almost $8000. I am sure they do good work but the cost was way too high so we are shopping on our own for an insert. They were very good about followup and then offered a 10% discount but net cost was still way too high so we told them no.
