Every single person was excellent. We usually do all of our painting, but we had just moved. Their service and the quality of work was worth every penny.

They came in quickly, since I had used them before and at short notice not only got the job done the general's subs couldn't, got it done right and for less money than the general's people could.

I can't say enough about the professionalism and craftsmanship of this company. Look no further: this is the right one to hire if you have a painting project you need completed correctly and affordably. The owner came out and gave me an estimate, and, knowing that I'm putting my house on the market, she also gave me some suggestions on how to get the most bang for my buck. Her daughter, the office manager, is also great. She suggested some color choices that would help me sell my house. When I looked up the colors online, I saw where some of the colors had been used at Homarama sites in the past. This tells me that they do their homework. I am delighted with the results. The rooms look bigger, fresh, clean and inviting all at once. The price quoted was true to what I was charged, and they even were flexible in changing the plans when I decided to make some changes to it. The painters themselves were very polite and friendly, people I would trust in my home alone. Thanks for doing such a great job!!

Lynn came onsite and met with my wife and I to review color choices and other details. She was well prepared, knowledgable, and easy to work with. The Albrecht painters were punctual, professional, and worked as a team. They completed the job in three days from start to finish. Painting a large new project is always a bit scary but Lynn and her team made this experience easy. I would recommend Albrecht Painting for anyone that expects quality work and profesional service.

From the time I set up the appointment for Lynn to come over and help me I was thrilled.She was on time and with paper and measuring tape in hand, went from room to room writing things down. She helped me pick the best color for my house. Because its small, she said that certain colors would be better. We had an old tube that would not look clean, no matter what was used. She said that they used a product that would seal and gloss the tub. They repaired a hole that had been left after duct work hard been moved in our kitchen. You can't even tell that there was ever a hole there before . Our cabinets were old. The painting and hardware makes them look like new again. The back splash is white tile and a fresh coat of paint was such a needed thing.the painting of the garage looks great as you drive into our driveway. I can't say enough wonderful things about this company. From the guys that did the trim, to the painters and even the the sweet girl that answers the phone at the office when I had questions. Everyone was so pleasant and polite and professional. I will use them again and again plus My neighbors thought the work was some of the best they've seen.

The did a wonderful job! The painters were very prompt and showed up on time. The owner of the business was in constant contact with me, so I always knew what was going on. Halfway through the job, I changed my mind about a few colors and they gladly made the changes and even bought a different paint that I liked better. The worked quickly and cleaned up afterwards. My house looks great!

The job was completed within a very quick time frame even though the weather was not always cooperative. The painters were punctual, professional, precise and tidy. Periodically Lynn would stop by to check on the work and our satisfaction with it's progress. We are so satisfied, we likely will not even consider another painting company's bid for the work we will shortly need for the exterior front of our home. I can't wait for the front of our house to transform in the same way we now enjoy the back of our home as we sit poolside and gaze at the back of our amazing home.

Albrecht agreed to identify and repair rotted wood in the eaves and gutter board (fascia board) of my house before beginning to paint. Instead, they unilaterally decided to ignore significant rot and tried to patch the wood with caulk. The problems with this approach are manifold. First the rotted wood around the caulk is unstable and wet, any paint applied will peel off within a few months or less. Secondly, caulk is a sealant and not a filler. It will crack an shrink after it drys completely. That will allow the water damage to continue rather than abate it in a reasonable fashion. When I confronted the Albrecht with this issue and pointed out that they were under contract to replace the rotted wood, they finally admitted that they did not have the tools and skill set to do the work. At this point it also became clear that no one was running the job. It was impossible to say how much of the work had been "patched" in this way. I personally found six areas where sections of rotted wood should be removed and replaced that had been filled with caulk. These areas varied in size from 2 or 3 inches in diameter to over a foot long. My list of issues for Albrecht to address is as below. To date, Albrecht has not responded to my emails, certified mail, or phone calls. 1. Upon inspection of the gutter board and eaves, it is evident that only a single coat of paint was applied in many areas (photos attached). Our contract stipulates two coats on all surfaces to be painted. 2. In addition, prep-work performed was significantly flawed. Areas of rotted wood were filled with caulk and painted over. This is particularly obvious at the corners and joints of the gutter boards, but is also evident in some of the bead board and trim in the eaves. (see attached photos) 3. On all sides of the house, significantly rotted or deteriorated sections of the gutter board (fascia board) were painted while water was present. On these sections, the paint has already bubbled and is peeling off the wood. (see attached photos) It was our written agreement that I would be informed of rotted wood and repairs would be estimated and executed before painting continued, and that Albrecht would perform those repairs at additional cost. However, Albrecht Painting opted out of our agreement to repair the rotted wood even after your estimate had been accepted.

Lynn emailed my wife and I a very detailed bid, outlining and confirming everything that we discussed; arrival times, paint and specifications, repairing wall stresses, estimated time it would take and all details for each room and ceiling to be painted. Lynn selected the best quality paint (very important) and that was included in her bid. Albrecht stood out well above the rest, although not the cheapest, and got our job. The Albrecht crew cheerfully arrived exactly on time each day. The job went without a hitch, especially considering how challenging our tall ceilings, our dark finishes and a door that they repaired that our dog had almost clawed through. The painting looked so good that we added other rooms and cabinets to be painted. Lynn quoted us reasonably on the additions since they were already on the job and we were ahead of schedule. Now Albrecht Painting is working outside, staining our decks, painting an arbor and exterior touch-up on the house. I highly recommend this professional, but down to earth company. They proved to be good consultants for keeping our house updated and protected inside and out.

Lynn presented an estimate and very good detail on the proposed job. Although they weren't the lowest estimate, we selected Albrecht due to the detail and proof of past expertise. The job was completed in 2 days and the crew was very professional. Tim, Steve, and Jeremy were top notch. They had an eye for detail, constantly at work and very good at their profession. They respected the area and did a great clean up. We are already talking about getting another estimate for further work. We highly recommend Albrecht Painting.

Very unhappy. Had set an appointment for this morning for an estimate, which probably would have led to hiring for job. We got up early this morning to get ready for them to come. 25 minutes before they were supposed to be here they called saying the owner had a meeting or something and could we schedule for tomorrow. I scheduled today so my husband and I would both be here. I definitely wouldn't waste my time with them again.

They did an excellent job and every thing went perfect. They were in and out in two days. They were very prompt and were very careful about keeping my house clean. The crew was very nice. I'll call them back any day. The owner of the company came down and gave me an estimate. She came back after the job was over and made sure that everything was good. They were very concerned about the job and they made sure that I was happy with their job.

My parents' house had been covered with beige paint and tobacco smoke for almost fifty years. It had not been painted in almost 20 years. The owner helped my mother pick colors. The crew came in, primed everything to seal the mess and then painted. Outstanding work. A little pricey, but worth it. A supervisor was in every day to check out the progress.

Noticed gutter missing, likely screwed up in a renovation completed in 2011, came and did the work, completed on schedule, it works.

I actually found them through a groupon, and they were very responsive even after they had sold many many groupons. We agreed upon some extra work and they actually completed the job very quickly. I am incredibly satisfied with the painters' professionalisim and the actual paint job. I would definitely recommend them.

Albrecht painting recently removed wall paper off my bedroom wall and re-painted the whole room and bathroom. They patched all the cracks and caulked where it was needed. My new bedroom and bath looks great!

I scheduled an appointment to quote doing some exterier painting and caulking. No one showed up for the appointment so I called the office to see if they were not going to show up or be late. I was informed at that time that they would not be showing up. This was a big inconvenience for me to get home for the appointment time and I would have appreciated a courtesy call informing me that they would not make the appointment.

I scheduled an appointment for a quote. The owner came to my home, and said that she would email the quote to me. A week went by and I never received an email with the quote. I called the office and asked for the quote and was told by the person that answered that she would email it the next morning. She did not verify my email address or phone number and just hung up. I still never received the quote. This was a complete waste of my time.

I purchased a groupon to have one room painted. It took me several tries to even get a hold of the company after the purchase. Finally got someone to call me back and had to wait over a month just to get an appt. to give me an estimate. The man who came out to give me the estimate was professional and a nice guy. I went ahead and asked him to give me estimates on my kitchen and dining room, as well. He took the measurements, took pictures, and left. Said the office would follow up with me in a day or two with the estimate through email. Also told me they sold over 450 groupons and were struggling to get them all done. The office did not send me anything so I had to follow-up with them again with the estimate. Then had to follow-up once again after I signed the estimate to schedule the appointment for the painting. The estmate for the kitchen and dining room combined was over $1500 so I did not proceed with those as it seemed high to me. When the painters arrived, they were very professional and took care of all of their mess even laying down drop cloths in the walkway to the bedroom they were painting. They did a great job painting the room and were very quick and tidy. Was pleased with what they did. Just was not really pleased with the groupon experience and the lack of responsiveness by the office staff.

I bought the groupon offered by Albrecht Painting approximately a month ago. They had a great rating with the BBB so I felt pretty comfortable. Further, they contacted me very quickly after I sent them an email inquiring about scheduling. We set up an appointment to look at the room and make sure it fit within the groupon's parameters. It was slightly bigger, and I had them quote repairing and painting the ceiling and wood trim. Once the quote was finished, I received a written description and cost breakdown of the proposal and accepted it. We scheduled the painting day within three days of the proposal being accepted. When the workers arrived, they introduced themselves, were very professional and really took great care to avoid tracking anything else through the house, whether it be paint or mud from outside. I was amazed at how quickly they painted everything in the room. We have a house built in 1927, so all of our walls and ceilings are plaster. It is very difficult to repair and paint plaster and make it look great, but they did. I am extremely happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone. This room is going to be our nursery and it was such a relief to have someone paint it and do such a great job!
