AIRTRON HEATING & AIR-CONDITIONING

They did a good job. They were good and I had no specific problem with them. They weren?t a local company and I preferred a local company. I didn't that they were thorough on their service.

This was the first time I used their services. I was satisfied with their work but I am a little skeptical of their prices. One guy came out the same day I called and he was very helpful.

The mechanic was very good and explained what was going on. I really liked their price as well.

It was the hottest week of the year and our maid central A/C unit went out. I called Airtron with whom we had a maintenance contract with in the past but we had not kept it current, it has been two years since we had the contract. Originally they told me it would be two days before they could come out to diagnose the problem. I made the appt. and also made a second appt with another company for the next day. Airtron called back the same day and asked if I could be home in 1/2 hour, I responded yes, their service tech showed within an hour and diagnosed the bad news which I was already expecting - new compressor needed. As at that point it was after 6PM, they ordered the part the next day and had me up and running the day after that. In all, from first call to job completion, was only 2 1/2 days. On the hottest week of the year temps close to 100 everyday and air conditioners dying left and right, I was pretty happy.

THEY WERE FINE AS FAR AS I CAN TELL. I THINK THEY'RE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE BUT I THINK EVERYONE IS EXPENSIVE. THEY SHOW UP ON TIME AND THEY WERE CLEAN AND COURTEOUS. I WOULD HAVE THEM BACK.

IT'S A VERY GOOD COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY CORDIAL AND PUNCTAL,THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. ONE TIME MY WIFE CALLED THEM ONE MORE TIME. IT WAS THE SAME PROMBLEM BUT THEY CAME OUT AND FIXED IT.
