I am sorry for your experience, but evidently you must have us confused with another company. Our records indicate that we were in your home on November of 2013 (your comment refers to a service performed on March 2014) and found multiple gas leaks in your gas piping and your furnace had been under water. We were unable to check the furnace due to the need to actually turn the gas off to your home and contact LG&E to prevent explosion. We did attempt on three consecutive days to contact you to arrange a visit from our comfort specialist to provide a quote but we never received a response from you. Again, we have no record of ever providing you a quote for the replacement of your equipment, although I am certain that there would not have been a $10k difference if comparing similar products and services.

Description of Work: Airserve came in to do maintenance on the heating/cooling units. They were very punctual and professional. Performed the job very well. Informed me of everything that he did. I appreciate the fact that he knew what he was doing and was very polite. I also loved the fact that they have the scrub covering for their shoes so that they won't track any dirt in the house. But the bottom line was that they did an excellent job on the maintenance of the heating/cooling units. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Description of Work: Three central air conditioning units were serviced. The service man was very efficient and did a thorough job. Initially I didn't read the groupon very carefully and thought it was for air conditioning, however ' the company honored the groupon for the air conditioning. I was very pleased with the work that was done.
