Aire Serv of Louisville

I'm not sure how the work went, but I do know that after the service was performed, we were missing cash and medications from our house. They were the only people in the house at the time. The medication and cash were there before the service, and missing right after they were gone. I tried contacting AireServ, and was told that I would get a call back from the owner. The call was never made. I called back the next day, and they claimed to have tried calling me back and the voice mail was full. I do not have any missed calls on my phone, and have received several voice mails today. I am now having to put a security system on my house due to a criminal from AireServ having complete knowledge of everything in my home.

The service tech found a few problems and provided a quote for immediate repair. If these items were not inspected, I may not have Air Conditioning during the hottest months of summer when really needed. It may have been even more expensive to repair later. I am very satisfied with the program and service. The provider did a very thorough job, courteous, prompt, efficient and professional!

The technician was prompt, professional and thorough. He explained everything he was doing in a way that I could understand. Additionally, he went the extra mile. Not only did he clean the outside unit, but he also took it apart to have complete and total access to the coils / fins. The gentleman went onto explain some potential issues that I could expect down the road and estimated potential repair costs. Overall, I was extremely pleased with the service and the price. I would definitely recommend this company to others.

Ryan did excellent work to inspect my furnace. He provided inspection report and recommendations. Very satisfied of his work, and I will hire him again if I have any problem comes up later!

Everything with the job was fine. My complaint is the sales pitch for a yearly maintenance program. I was fine with the man giving me information on the program... ONCE. But he kept on and on trying to convince me to buy it, even after I said no many times!

Completed furnace tuneup and installed a carbon monoxide detector for free. Very professional and knowledgeable technician.

It was wonderful. He was very professional. He explained how the air conditioner works and went through the process. He explained why it blew out and how he will fix it. He took his time on a Sunday to do that. He got my air conditioning working that day. He got it fixed and working again so he did a great job. I thought the price was very reasonable because I purchased it through Angie's List. I think he normally charges $179 and I only paid $49 for it. Then I paid for the part which was very reasonable. He came after forty five minutes when I made the call. He called before he came and he was right on time.

The technician called to ask if he could come early, which worked great for me. He completed the AC inspection and since this was a new home purchase, he also gave me a quick visual inspection of my furnace with some recommendations. I was very pleased with this service and would recommend it.

Perhaps the best HVAC experience I've ever had. Gave short and long term solutions to airflow problem. Went through the air vents and ducts to make sure everything was operating properly. Adjusted the dampers and taped a few leaky spots. Cost for about an hours work beyond the A/C tune-up was $0. Yes, nothing! Since then the comfort level in the home is improved and when it is time to upgrade my overall HVAC system, I will using Aire Serv.

Everything went well, system was cleaned and appears to be working well.

The technician was very thorough. In the end we needed a pound of freon which he discussed with us before doing it. When he finished with the service he said it was good thing that we had the air conditioner serviced when we did. The compressor was about to blow. I will definitely use this company again. We are amazed at how the air is working since he came and cleaned and serviced the unit. We are very happy campers. Highly recommend them.

Joel went above and beyond my expectations. He came in for a tune up and stayed three hours making sure my wife and I where happy. Joel pointed out that my unit was so old that it had been leaking refrigerate due to rust and corrosion. come to find out my home warranty company called 210 ripped me off. About three weeks ago I made a survive call to 210 when my ac quit working they charged me 75 dollars to come out and look at my central air unit only to add more Freon and tell us that we need to change our filters. On our behalf Joel condemned our unit and is helping in the process of getting my wife and I a new unit. I will say I am very happy with Aire Serve and with Joel in particular. He is kinda confusing alittle when he is trying to explain technical terminology but I can tell he knows what he is doing and takes pride in his job.

The initial meeting with the sales rep took about an hour of questions and conversation before receiving a quote. Within days I had received 2 additional quotes. When I called him about cost differences, he agreed to reduce the price slightly to match another quote I had for like equipment. I still feel the price was steep after talking with several neighbors that had replaced theirs too fairly recently but our a/c was out and we were desperate. We had decided the original equipment all being about 22 years old, we might as wall bite the bullet and replace the whole system (heating and blower) at once. They were able to schedule our installation just a few days after signing the order which was very appreciated. The installers arrived in a timely manner, conducted their removal and installation in a reasonable amount of time, especially considering they were one person short. They didn't have the 16 SEER model we ordered so at installation, they replaced it with the same brand 17 SEER model at no additional cost. During the entire service call they presented themselves in a professional manner. Before they left, they went over basic operation with us and gave us the manuals and warranty information. The system works as expected. There was a wrinkle about a week ago when my husband was in the basement and noticed a natural gas smell. He found a leak in the gas line where the furnace connection was not completely tightened so he called for service. Maintenance personnel was sent out to make the repair quickly and everything seems to be right once again.

They ran a little behind but only by 15 minutes and we showed up he was very quick and very thorough.

They are always reliable and helpful. I usually get the same serviceman, so he's familiar with my AC unit. Very thorough and professional.

They told me that they came out there and got the work done, but then the tenants told me that they never did any work. The unit broke down and someone else had to come out to fix it for $350 to clean the coils, which was in my original invoice. The whole purpose of me purchasing the deal was to keep this from happening.

Bill was fantastic and explained options for my wife. He was very professional and ON TIME!! Had to replace the downstairs AC and decided to replace a worn out furnace with a high efficiency unit while we were doing the work. Techs showed up on time on the scheduled date. Finished work in a very timely manner and left no mess when done. Bill even called us to let us know he had overlooked a rebate we were due and the price was lower than quoted. Who does that?!?!?! Honesty and integrity!! They have our business forever.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked out my AC unit and cleaned the A-coil. He found a couple of problems, and gave me the approximate cost to fix them, and also the approximate cost of a new unit. Mine AC unit is 30 years old. Overall, I was very impressed and plan to use this company again.

It went great. I had them back out today to provided the same service for my upstairs system. This Big Deal is a great value for the money.

Technician was very polite and willing to answer all my questions. He even went out to his truck to get wasp spray since there were a few wasps buzzing around! He showed me everything he was doing and at no point was I out of the loop. These people know how to treat their customers!

He was there for about 1hr. Went above and beyond and explained everything while he was working. It was a nice day so I sat outside with him and kept him company.

The tech identified all of the deficiencies with the unit and made recommendations. He showed up when he was supposed to and came back out a few days later to replace a switch and a part of the inside unit. Not bad on the price and was knowledgeable to boot. Good stuff all the way around -
