Description of Work: They first did a diagnostic. Determined that it was the pressure switch that was not allowing the furnace to turn on. It took two days for the part to come in. They installed it that day. After a month I have had no further trouble.

Description of Work: First technician serviced wrong unit even after my wife and I both told him it was the unit in the sun room. After servicing wrong unit the technician realized his mistake but left anyway. Two days later a second technician came and serviced the correct unit but the company tried to charge us a for a second service call. When I called and complained the receptionist removed the second charge. Based on the service and professionalism I would not recommend this company to others.

Description of Work: They did a system check on our heating system. The technician was great! He was very knowledgeable, he made great suggestion to help us save on energy, and he really took his time to make sure everything was checked. Very, very, happy with the service, will use again.

Description of Work: They came out for the $49 tune up special but then when looking at the unit determined that I had a major oil leak. They talked to be about the problem and what my options were. After deciding to fix the repair they called in and stayed 4 hours to fix the problem. The unit is up and running with no problems. Very happy with their services.
