Description of Work: I purchased (2) $49 hot deals through Angie's List and they were extremely professional and courteous on the call back to schedule and showing up on time. The deal was a fair deal. | |For the actual service, the technician, Joel, changed a capacitor, valves that were leaking outside and re-charged 2 units with about 2 lbs of freon. He recommended another capacitor to be replaced and explained everything in detail. He was very professional in that regard. | |The only reason I give them a little lower score is that he was at my house from about 1pm until 7pm. I kind of felt like that could have been done a little quicker in maybe 2-3 hours. But, he was very meticulous. He had been with this company for only about 1 year and in HVAC for about 4 years. He said he was electrician by trade. So, maybe he was just newer and not as familiar with processes. Still, he was very courteous, and seemed to know what he was doing. | |It has been about a week so far and every seems to be working well. We did not have any issues before the call, but as he said, if we did not have those leaks fixed or capacitor replaced, it could have gone bad and broken in the summer and caused us more problems and costs.
