Shane called to let me know he was on his way and arrived shortly after. He was curtious and professional and when he came into the house, put covers on his shoes. He explained what he would be doing to service my airconditioning unit and then he went to work. He was knowledgeable of his work and answered my questions satisfactorly. He spent about two hours checking the unit downstairs and outside cleaning the unit outside. When he finished, he came in and told me what he had done. When I asked if there was any additional charge, he told me no that it was fully covered by my purchase through Angie's List.

We used a big deal coupon. We have found them highly competent. They have not tried to sell us additional or a new product. We were very pleased. They did what they said they were supposed to do. They were professional and the price was good. I will use them again because it is part of the coupon package.

The technician called to let us know he was on his way, was right on time, was professional & thorough.

The technician arrived on time explained hewas going to install the themostat and then move on to the cleaning of our units. Went outside and invited my husband to come with him. He then eplained what he was doing and explained some helpful hints to give longer life to our unit.

Aire Serve was sent out by our home warranty company. The service tech did a complete diagnosis on the system. He found leaks, worn out parts and other issues. AC unit could not be repaired. The home warranty company only pays to replace the unit with a builders grade AC unit. When we found this out we decided to upgrade the unit. I spoke with Richard C. ( owner) about brands and options. He was extremely helpful and his knowledge gave me a better understanding of what would work best within our budget. On the install date the tech arrived on time, was courteous and more then happy to answer all my questions.

He was really professional and told me things about my furnace and air conditioner that I didn?t know. He told me that I was working my systems too hard because I was using filters that get everything (i.e. pollen). He told me that by using regular filter for a while, I could ensure more energy savings. By purchasing the upgraded thermostat through this company I was able to save money. The same thermostat cost nearly $100 at the home improvment store.

They were great. They were on time and worked very hard. They did a very thorough job. I had the coupon from Angie's List for half off. This made the price very workable for me.

My furance is 15 years old, and it hasn't been doing very well (theromostat set at 85 just to get it to 51 degrees in here)! Thought I'd go ahead with the furance cleaning/tune-up, hoping it would help get my furnace through the winter until I bought a new one this spring. Shane from Aire Serve arrived on time and went to work. I have a gas furance, and he had all the evaluation tools necessary to assess the gas pressure, valves, etc. He took all the valves out (not easy job), adjusted gas pressure and cleaned everything he could; also changed the filter and checked the workings of the thermostat. (He was here for almost 2 hours doing all this.) Guess what - my furance WORKS beautifully now! I have thermostat set at 72 and IT IS 72 in here! No more gloves and hoodies in the house because I'm so cold! WOW - I'm SO impressed! I may not need a new furnace after all! I would HIGHLY recommend that Air Serve clean & tune-up your furance before you make a major furance purchase. I will also have Aire Serve check on my air conditioner, too - I may not need a new one of those either! ;-)

The overall experience was excellent. I would use Aire Serve again. From the office's handling of the scheduling to the technician that came to do the service, everyone was courteous and professional. If I had to nitpick, the only thing that I could find remotely deficient with my experience is that the technician was about 20 minutes late for the appointment. He called to tell me he was on his way and based on the timing of his call, it seemed like he was going to be right on time, however he may have had some trouble finding me because a 20 minute trip took 40. Aside from that very minor niggle, the service was great. Tim was very professional. He went right to work and cleaned the filthy system. He also checked all the components on his list. There was one item - a capacitor - that tested out of normal range. He didn't put any big sales pressure on me to buy the item. In fact, he was on his way out the door when I said I'd go ahead and replace it right then and there. He ran out to the truck, got the part and had it installed 10-15 minutes later. The funniest thing was Tim's insistence on putting booties over his shoes. We're in the middle of a renovation and I don't think his damp shoes would have left a mark you could pick out of the paint splotches, drywall mud splatters and assorted debris.

The guy was great and did a great job going through each thing. We found them through Angie's List. He did a great job and I'd recommend him. He spent a lot of time and went through everything, he checked the filters and made sure everything was clean. He did a really good job of explaining all the systems and figuring them out.

Overall, I was very pleased with the servers and I would use them again in the future.

Called multiple companies. All were closed or charging "emergency" rates. Called Aire Serv and got someone on the phone immediately. Technician arrived an hour and a half later. No "emergency" fee. Tech performed diagnostic check and determined the flame sensor rod needed cleaning. This solved the issue. Diagnostic charge was it! Technician (Richard R.) was awesome. He explained everything he was doing. I learned more from him about a furnace than I ever knew before. The whole experience was one of the best I have ever had. The final charges were less than others wanted just to come out. If I ever need any HVAC service in the future, I know who I will be calling.

The guy who came to do the installation was highly professional. He knew what he was doing and was very informational. He gave me lot of information on the different types of systems. He did excellent job. He gave me education on how the system works and how to maintain it and all that stuff just to take care of it from now on. I talked to the owner himself before and addressed the concerns that I had and he answered all those. The installer brought two other units with him just to make sure I was satisfied.

The whole experience was great. I purchased the Big Deal on Friday and Contact them the same day. They set up an appointment early the next week. The service guy called me and arrived exactly as planned. He informed how long it would take and was done within the timeframe. He was very professional and explained the product to me. I would recommend them to anyone, Thanks for the prompt and great service.

I got 5 estimates on a new HVAC and they were the best out of all 5 by nearly $500. The sales rep (Keith) walked me through the process (as I was a first time home owner and had no clue what I was getting into) and was quick to answer all my questions. They arrived on time on the date scheduled and completed the job. The HVAC installer were very professional and courteous. They would have been done in one day but it took 2 because of the rather small chimney I have they had to fit the chimney liner in to. I love my HVAC and its saving me about $50/month on energy. I also get 2 check ups this year and I definitely plan on purchasing their maintenance plan because of the excellent service I have received. Downside: They had to knock out a few inches of my crawlspace entrance to get the furnace in but they fixed it the door back up to seal it so no critters can get in. It would have had to be done by any HVAC install because the crawlspace door was about 2 inches too small. I cannot highly recommend them enough.

They had to reschedule the original appointment which was annoying but these things happen. The technician answered all of our questions, was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. We will certainly use them in the future. It was really a good experience.

They had one of the big deal online and I bought that. Then they came and did an excellent job. I would use them again. They were recommended by Angie’s List to me. The Angie’s List deal was for $59. They did an excellent job and did what they were supposed to do. When they came in they wore their booties so they were not making a mess on the carpet which I loved. They clean up all by themselves. The best thing is that they do an excellent job.

I was on a list for them to come out and perform a scheduled maintenance. It was pure laziness on their part. They simply did not have the part. I wish they were honest with me and would of told me if they didn't have the correct part that day. They could have come back. When I finally called about the problem and to cancel the contract, they weren't apologetic and didn't seem like they cared. It was a mess. It took me forever to have the dust removed since it was everywhere. They knew that I had allergies and I made it clear to them from the start that I wanted to eliminate all of this from my home. It caused me a lot of grief and I want other people to know what happened.

A part of it was covered by my home warranty and a part of it I paid out of my pocket. They were pretty good.

WE RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY THE SAME DAY WE PURCHASED THE WEB COUPON. THE SERVICE APPOINTMENT WAS SCHEDULED FOR THE FOLLOWING WEEK. WE KNOW THAT WE HAD THE BEST FURNACE CHECK UP EVER! WE HAVE HAD ANNUAL FURNACE CHECKUPS SINCE 1996. WE FEEL THAT THE SERVICE AT THE REGULAR PRICE WOULD BE A BARGAIN. HAVING THIS OFFER COME AT THE BEGINNING OF THE HEATING SEASON WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED. DANNY, OUR TECHNICIAN WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL EVEN PLACING DISPOSABLE "BOOTIES" OVER HIS SHOES. WE RECEIVED A DETAILED DIAGNOSTIC ANALYSIS. THE PRICE FOR THE SERVICE REFLECTS PURCHASING A NEEDED REPLACEMENT PART FOR OUR 1995 FURNACE. WE USED THIS COMPANY BASED ON ANGIE'S LIST RATINGS AND EVALUATIONS. WE WERE NOT DISAPPOINTED AND RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

They took care of the problem. They were very professional. They did a wonderful job. I will not call anybody else. I would use them in the future.

We have a 1920's home that has never had air conditioning on the first floor. Our 1960's heating system pooped out and we decided to have a new system installed to handle both heating and cooling. We got a couple of estimates and decided to go with Aire Serv based on competitive pricing and professionalism. They sent an agent to our house for the estimate who really took his time to take measurements and look at existing structures and ductwork. He spoke with us at great length about what our heating and cooling preferences were. We felt we got a very thorough and honest explanation of the differences in potential units (we had already done some research). When it came time for the actual work a crew of about 5 men showed up (on time) and spent about 6 hours removing our old system and replacing with the new. They were very knowledgeable and courteous. They took special care not to let our pets out as they came and went. Everything was cleaned and swept before they left. They even mulched around the new AC pad and cleaned that up. The crew was so thoughtful they even helped our elderly neighbor by sawing and removing a large tree branch blocking her walk after they finished the job at our place. Bottom line: We would certainly use them again. We were satisfied with every aspect of the transaction.

My furnace had not been heating the home properly, so we called our home warranty company about the issue and they referred us to this company. I was called by Universal Aire within a few hours and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. Andrew, the Service Technician, wasted no time in taking apart the furnace and diagnosing the problem. The control board had stopped working and the on/off switch was worn out. After taking a minute to explain the problem to me, Andrew called to order the parts, left to pick them up, and arrived back at my house within 30 minutes. It took him another 20 minutes to install the parts. During the process, he noticed that there was a space where the heating ducts were letting air out. After finding this, Andrew got some metal paneling out of his truck and proceeded to shape it to fix the problem. He did this for me at no additional cost. I was highly impressed with Andrew's professionalism, politeness, and friendliness and would highly recommend this company to anyone who has heating or air conditioning issues.

They represent a home insurance company that we use. Their prices are fair. The technician was extremely knowledgeable. The work was completed in a timely manner.
