Great! Of course the AC went out on the weekend. This company does not charge extra for weekend calls, which is a huge plus. He told us we had a couple stops in front of us (not surprising in this heat), but would try to get out the same day. It was only about 2 hours later that he said he was on his way. It was a quick fix and way less expensive than we envisioned. He gave us tips on helping the efficiency/life expectancy of the unit. We were very pleased with his honesty and professionalism and the AC is working great!

They misrepresented their advertisement when they came to our property. They didn't even do any work. They just left. I was very displeased with this company. They just didn't honor the coupon. They wanted me to charge almost 3 times the amount of money for the work. It's a bait-and-switch. They give you a coupon in the mail saying what it's going to cost then they're going to get to the house and it's 4 times the amount. We can't afford that so they walked out the door. It only covered the trunk of the furnace system. I have three trunks instead of just one which I didn't know it was for one trunk. I told him to do the main trunk and he refused to do it. He walked out and left. I would never use that company again. They charged $200 but the advertisement on the coupon was $59. They were prompt to get to the property. He was rude.

Joshua did a thorough check of our AC system discovering it was low on refrigerant, which he explained to me, then recharged the system. This has been typical of our other experiences with Aire Serv! Great service, knowledgable techs & thorough!

The service was good. I would tell a friend or a family member that they did a fine job. I had a special Deal so the price was good.

The install went amazing. They were prompt and on time. The install went smooth and quick. Would definitely recommend them.

Overall I'm giving the company a C grade for performance, because they were responsive after we complained directly to the company; however, based on the fact that we had to call the company on several occasions for updates became frustrating. 1. They promised to be here Thursday, April 21st @ 8am; we had to call around 10am and they arrived at 11:20am. No explanation was given for why they showed up late. 2. Technician promised to return Friday, @ 9/9:30am, to complete the job. We texted the company around 10:30, and he called 30 min later and arrived 10min later. 3. Technician declined to file in a hole left in the wall with insulation foam. Had to call the company, to get them to return to fill in the hole on another day. 4. The thermostat was installed without a cover plate to cover the markings on the wall left by the old thermostat. They didn't offer a cover plate to cover the markings during the install. After contacting the company about the cover plate, they returned and installed a cover plate free of charge.

It went good but I don't think he solved the problem. I was supposed to have a so-many-point check on my air conditioner. I think he found the problem but he didn't do whatever he was supposed to do. He should have done everything that he should have done. The price was good. That's why I got it.

Arrived on time and completed services as expected.

Jason the tech was great; he took good care of us. The responsiveness and professionalism was much appreciated. The only reason I'm not giving an "A" rating is due to question of cost associated with work (admittedly, I don't know local market rates for work performed).

We had recently purchased a home and had reason to be believe it had been some time since the HVAC was serviced. Aire Serv came out and performed a cleaning and inspection of the system. The technician was punctual and polite. He did a good job and fixed a minor leak we had in the condensation line. They offered some recommendations for improvements, but did not try to upsell us on anything. We will be using Aire Serv again.

Checked everything out and provided a detailed list of what looked to be in good shape and what needed attention. Two things, the igniter and the capacitor were considered not likely to make it past the heating season and a price for replacement was offered. I refused the replacement (knowing I have alternate sources of heat, if needed) and will likely use Air Serve when replacement is finally needed. One thing I didn't quite understand was that I was quoted a lower price to have the suggested repairs done that day, than if I waited to do them later. I'm hoping the company will offer a similar/same repair price (plus the charge to make the trip out) when the time comes.

Performed a very thorough, professional job.

The technician arrived at exactly the time agreed. He worked efficiently and thoughtfully. He noted that one aspect of my system was performing at the low end of factory specifications and that I would probably need to replace it next year. He didn't try to up-sell me at that point. I would definitely use Aire Serve again.

Got a couple estimates and Aire Serv was able to match the lower one. This is the 2nd time I have used them for a complete HVAC replacement (last time was 2013 on my former home). Both times had an excellent experience all around. Job was done right, on time, at the agreed upon price. No problems or surprises. Recommend without hesitation.

We've had people out before and they all seemed to say our system was in good shape (it's 5 years old or so). Others have had to add some freon. But, this time they said we needed to replace a $180 part. That it was not an emergency, but needed to be replaced. We are waiting to get a second opinion just to make sure. But will probably get it replaced.

Perfect professional performance. It was so nice to have someone do a furnace inspection who was honest, knowledgeable, dependable, and hard working. A true professional. I'm glad we found this company on Angie's List!

Service tech was VERY thorough -- cleaned and checked all the components of my A/C inside and out. He recommended I replace a part and explained what was wrong, the cost of the replacement, and the potential problems that not replacing it might cause. I agreed to the repair. The unit was also low on freon. He explained that there was probably a small crack causing a slow leak, but that since this was my first service since buying the house that I should just add freon this year and see how it does rather than pay $500+ to have him empty the unit, find and repair the leak, and refill it. The insulation around the lines outside also needed to be replaced, but he advised that I get the stuff at Lowes and replace it myself for cheap rather than pay him to replace it. I really appreciated the money-saving recommendations, which in turn caused me to trust him when he did advice that a part needed to be replaced. I will definitely use this company in the future and plan to use them again in the fall to service my heater.

Air Serv performed the test and never sent the results. I actually had forgotten completely about the test until months later when it dawned on me they had never emailed me the results. I called several times and was told the owner handled the test results and that they would let him know I was looking for my results that I paid $60 several months earlier. I have yet to hear from the owner. Only after recently getting a quote for a new HVAC system, and telling the technician about my frustration with the air quality test, did I get a voicemail that if I wanted a refund for the service they got money for but never completed, I would have to go through Angie's list!

The guy was punctual, I thought very honest, and was priced reasonably. It was during the labor day weekend. It was hot as h*ll and I did not want to spend the whole weekend without an air conditioner. I called the company that had installed the unit several years ago to see if they would come out, but their price was prohibitive. I was very disappointed with that, but Aire Serv came and did a good job.
