Was exactly as advertised. Very friendly and did not try to sell additional service.

Aire Serv came to clean our furnace. The only problem we were having was a noisy fan. The furnace was cleaned and checked and it was found that we needed two parts replaced. The technician explained everything to me and told me what the parts did and why they weren't working right. The parts were ordered and they came out and fixed the furnace in a timely manner. It is running quietly and smoothly now.

Returning the coupon has been very easy, thank you. Aire Heating never came to our home but I spoke with them and they understood what had happened.

Jason showed me a hole in one of the pipes and explained other recommendations he had based on observations of All pipes, angle connectors, etc.. Since my furnace is 26 years old I had a lot of questions. Not only did he answer All my questions, Jason gave me tons of information and advice. Will definitely call them for future heating and/or AC work.

I give Danny an A++! From the time I called Aire Serv to schedule service until the time repairs were completed was 2 1/2 hours. Now, that's FAST service! Danny was so professional and knowledgable. I couldn't have wished for a better experience! I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Well. New to the area and would use/recommend again.

I purchased the coupon for cleaning, checking, and tune up of furnace. The company did not disappoint. Actually, they were very thorough and complete in testing the system performance. The technician, Danny, did a 21 point checkup with proper tools to measure all the items he was testing. Then he wrote down all the results on paper and gave me a copy for my files. He measured everything from CO level in ducts to fuel pressure to temperature rise and amp draw, plus much more. I was very happy with their service and felt comfortable with the technicians knowledge and advice. Also, the office scheduler, Amanda, was very helpful in emailing a copy of the 21 point checklist before I purchased the deal. In addition, she was very accomodating in scheduling the work when I could be present.

We were moving into a new home so thought it would be a good idea to have our furnace thoroughly checked out. Glad we did. The technician was very friendly, thorough and explained everything going on with the furnace. He was even very apologetic after finding carbon monoxide levels well above safety. He got on the phone and dispatched one of their sales reps to give us a quote shortly after and he was also very informative and helpful. Would not hesitate at all to have them come back out for maintenance or new equipment.

Great HVAC contractor, on time, and did what they said they would do. Very professional.

Technician arrived in the time scheduled. He then proceeded to check my furnace and answered my questions as he was working. After checking and cleaning my furnace and replacing some tape on the duct work, gave me several tips on operating my furnace. We also discussed service plans and will be signing up for one in the future.

Very professional and informative, used shoe booties and cleaned up after him self. Took apart furnace and did a very good cleaning inside, checked for CO for safety, changed filters using a good quality filter. We used them for our AC and had similar great results. The called ahead and verified appointment We did pay extra for humidifier service and pad that was not included. Usually about 20 bucks at big box and 40 for them to do all the work, saved me time and gas Do use the Angies coupon Do get a quote. Do mention any extra work you want done. If you have more than one unit make sure to be very clear on that.

Appointment changed (by them) right after I made it. Then representative showed up 2 hrs early on the day they changed it to. Most importantly, their ad was/is clearly a "bait and switch" type ad. They listed ad to replace a 3 ton unit for $2,499. The only addt'l charge mentioned was for a city permit. They created several addt'l charges to take estimate well above the listed price. Incredibly they listed the permit fee for $175 and when I called the city to inquire of the permit fee they said it would only be $75. I mentioned this all to the gentlemen that came to my home but no changes/reductions were offered. Not even on the obvious overstated charge for the permit. He stated the owner was out of town. I received no communication or "corrected" offer from the owner upon his return. This company has no credibility with me personally and I could not recommend them. Very poor handling of a customer and very poor representation of an adverstisment by them. Recommend looking elsewhere. It paid off for me!

Went fine. Didn't push us to buy anything we didn't need.

They have done an excellent job, they are prompt and attentive.Their prices are reasonable and they provide good service. They contact us when it is time to be serviced, and schedule the time convenient for us.

The professionalism was top notch. Both the Sales Representative (Andrew) and Service Techs (Stacy and Bryan) who visited my home were pleasant to work with. Andrew was punctual and professional in all aspects of the home visit, where he was also informative about the reasons behind the sizing of the A/C Unit for the home (2 ton unit req'd for home size of 715 sq ft - although the Big Deal was advertised for a 3-ton, which would have been sized incorrectly and caused premature wear on the unit due to cycling on/off too frequently, putting undo stress on the compressor and shortening the life of the unit, so 2-ton it is, makes sense..). Thankfully, Andrew mentioned that, since the Big Deal price is all the same; with that being said he did mention however, that installing a 2.5 ton Evaporator Coil could help remove more humidity from the air, where my current one (1.5 ton Evap coil) was lacking (showed him signs of condensation on my ceiling due to high humidity levels during the summer (evaporator wasn't removing enough moisture from the air circulated through the house).. That was news to me, so I was excited to upgrade the evaporator coil to help remove more humidity from the air circulating inside the house (basically, it works just like a dehumidifier, and now I just got an upgrade!).. So I'm happy! Andrew even took the time to get up into my attic to check out the insulation on my central duct work for the house (routed through the attic, which isn't the easiest thing to get to, by the way) due to my comment about the condensation on my ceiling (previously mentioned). He offered to insulate ($75, which was reasonable), but I declined for now. And the only reason I did was due to the shock of having to pay for some additional fees that I wasn't expecting (Big Deal = $2,499), which included components alone (Disconnect + Whip = $220, Breaker = $95, A/C unit pad = $65), and then there was a comment on the Big Deal Disclosure, but no actual example of potential costs associated with getting the Jefferson County Permit = $175); Therefore, total cost of New Replacement Home Air Conditioning Unit + Indoor Evaporator Coil (including install) = $3,050.. Considering I was expecting close to $4,000 for a new unit (quoted when service was completed on current AC unit - 7/12/2013), when it was mentioned that my unit was about to fail for good, and would cost as much to repair as to replace with new.. Then the Angie's List Big Deal came along. And I feel that this was, in fact a good deal. I am happy with the results and quality of service! Just could have been a little more transparent with the complete package (next time I would suggest Aire Serv include all the potential costs and then tell the customer that it might cost less than advertised if there were certain features NOT needed, or at least disclose that there might be additional costs for all the common components that were listed above, with avg cost adds)..

Due to my work schedule I have limited time for scheduling service. The company worked with me to arrange the installation around my schedule. The technician showed up on time, was very professional, showed me how to operate the humidifier, and cleaned up after himself.

It was a good experience. They were upfront and honest from the very beginning. The price was reasonable and the installers were friendly. They did a great job.

Their techs are awesome. They are professional. They do their work and leave. They don't mess around. If they have a mess they clean up.

I purchased a special that was listed on Angie's List for a whole house humidifier. I found the technician to be punctual and courteous. There was no up sale or pressure of any kind as some people thought I might receive. This was a great experience and would recommend to a friend.

I purchased a big deal from them. They were as nice as can be. However, there would need to be a more expensive cost to get this taken care of so I did not end up using this deal. It was not their fault though. They were out here within 30 minutes of them calling me after I had purchased the deal.

We purchased our heat/air unit through Home Depot. They use the provider Aire Ser. Our air had been out for several days needless to say we were sweating it out. We had contacted 3 or 4 different businesses and all said they would get back with us. To make a long story short Depot called us within 24 hrs set up appointment and we had air in 2 days. The gentlemaen who installed the unit were Richard and Jason they were very professional and polite. They arrived on time at 9:00 and worked until the job was finished only taking time for lunch. They cleaned up and told us to give them a call if we had any trouble. Also, they provided us with a portable air conditioning unit. Now that's service!!

The service man was honest and upfront about the damage to my unit. He provided me with an alternative i could afford but no promise to last forever. He highly recommended I replace my unit proactively versus being out of heat or air during hot and cold months but he provided me an option thta allotted time for the financial planning I needed.
