They did the work on a rental property. There were no additional fees or services. They did make some nice suggestions though. Overall, it turned out fine.

The service tech showed up on time. He was very courteous. This was the first time I had our furnace serviced since moving into the home, so I had lots of questions for him about its condition. He answered all my questions in great detail and didn't seem annoyed or in a hurry. He completed his work, cleaned up, and was on his way. He didn't try to sell me anything extra, sign me up for a service contract, or anything like that. I couldn't have been more pleased with the job he did and I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked very well. The price included the materials and labor. The price was very good. I would absolutely use them again.

He messed my heater up and wanted to make a return visit. He then tried to tell me that I was going to have to pay a large amount to get it fixed and to compensate for the Big Deal that I purchased. He told me that both fuses in my heat pump had blown after telling me that everything looked perfect the first time he was there. The guy from the other company I had come check it out told me that only one had been blown and that he figured that the only way two would be blown is with a power surge. The blown fuse kept the heat pump from kicking on.

They did the installation. Everything was great with the service. They did everything that they said they would do. The price was good for the service and they were on time.

Tech arrived on time and as promised. The first time it was determined that the limit switch needed to be replaced. After that was replaced, there were still error messages so the person had to come back a second time. The tech seemed to have some difficulty navigating the thermostat.

It went well. He did a thorough job. Assessed the furnace and told me it was too old and not very efficient, which was true being a 20 year plus unit. I went ahead and ordered a furnace and air unit and they did an awesome job installing it and walking me through how to do maintenance and taking care of the unit Will use again.

They came out the following week after I purchased the deal. They arrived in the time frame specified. The service worked out really well. They turned off our hot water heater while performing the service. They forgot to turn the hot water back on. I called them back because I had a cold shower the following morning. They sent out a plumber to turn the hot water back on because the electric starter wouldn’t work and he fixed an additional issue at no additional cost. The humidifier works great and it was a clean installation.

Air Serv Heating and Air Conditioning has not provided the service.

They were great. They called ahead to let me know they were on their way. The technician was very polite. I appreciated that they wore shoe covers to protect my floors. The humidifier is working well, and I am very happy with them. I paid $391 for a "big deal" to get the humidifier. I later paid $500 (home insurance deductible) for the furnace motor to be replaced. Again, they were prompt, courteous, and professional. They helped me with my claim with the home insurance company so that it wasn't any problem at all. I will definitely use them in the future.

They are awesome. They did their job. It came out costing the amount I was quoted and they didn't screw anything up.

He came out and installed it. It didn’t work correctly so I called them back and they were responsive and fixed the issue within a day or two. Everyone I worked with was very professional. The guy who initially installed it was new but they came back and fixed it with no additional problems.

The whole experience was great. The installer was very professional and personable. He explained in detail how the humidifier works and what to expect. He also explained the necessary maintenance. This was an Angie's Big Deal and just like all my other Big Deals I have purchased, I was very impressed with the provider.

We had a good and a bad experience with the service. The salesman came and measured and the installers came in to install but the unit was too small for the space, so it was figured incorrectly and the installers did a very sloppy job. So after complaining to Home Depot, someone else came back and re-measured, came back with the right size, and reinstalled everything and we were happy with that. I don’t have anything else to compare their pricing to but I have noticed it is expensive. We didn’t have a good experience at first and then they fixed everything for us, so they did respond.

They informed me my furnace was better than the one they would install. So I am getting a refund from Angie's List.

This worked out wonderfully. They did their job and the heater works fine.

The representative Bo Taylor was very good, hard working, easy to work with.

Very impressed with the man who came - very personable and helpful and didn't try to sell me on extras. Took the time to explain the furnace to me (new home), upkeep schedule, etc. He even put covers over his shoes so he wouldn't track in dirt. I am definitely going to use them in the spring for our air conditioning unit. Great company!

Professional, efficient, quick service, will use them again!

Aire Serv installed our HVAC system in 2006 and we've had them back several times to perform routine service/maintenance. This time they serviced the gas furnace and whole house humidifier. Everything was completed is a satisfactory manner with no complaints. The technician was very knowledgeable, thorough, and explained everything he did in detail. The Angie's list $49 coupon is a great value. I'll continue to use Aire Serv in the future.

They were on time for the appointment and it was easy to schedule. I have no complaints with the service.

Air Serv replaced my 20 yr old furnace with a more efficient unit and replaced some of the duct work that had become badly rusted from a humidifier. They were prompt and professional.
