They came out as scheduled. I had another service come out a few days before as the unit had frozen. He thawed the lines and added freon. When Aired Serve completed their tune up, I came home to a warm house. The unit was on but the blower was not working. I called Aire Serve and they returned within :45. After inspecting they determined that the unit was frozen again and the the freon had leaked out. They informed me that my HVAC was 22 yrs old and probably needs to be replaced. The technician gave me quotes for a new system. I explained that I would have my original person come back to check it for additional freon. He came out the next day, saw where a valve was "left" open causing the freon to leak. He secured the valve and added freon. My 22 yr old unit has never worked better. My thermostat has not been below 73 since. I'm glad I didn't agree to the new installation. I'll stay with my original HVAC guy from now on.

Service tech arrived on time, He cleaned and tested my AC unit which is 12 years old. Only problem with the unit was a bit low on coolant. Low coolant could be a loss from testing the unit in the pass or a slow leak. He topped off the coolant and said it would probably be next year or the year after if we know there is a slow leak. I bought a service agreement with AireServ for the AC and furnace. Service tech was very professional.

Service technician called shortly before arriving and arrived on time. Inspecting the 25 year old unit, he discovered several coolant leaks and recommended replacing the unit. I will follow his advice.

Everything went fine. He called to see if he could come earlier. We were not available at that time so he came at the scheduled time. He did a thorough check of our AC and spent a lot of time inspecting.

What was very impressive is that Tim took time to educate me about the workings of our air conditioners/heaters and then reviewed service details with me and with my husband (through a conference call). Tim exudes genuine enthusiasm for Aire Serve as he described the company history and philosophy. In particular, Tim highlighted the ambitious leadership of the company, team building culture, business development plans, Home Depot connection, franchising efforts, and more. Sincerity and integrity are qualities that are easily recognizable in Tim, the technician assigned to provide service. Tim's good character, skills, and passion for his work reflects well on the leadership of Aire Serve.

The technician was very professional, even called prior to the appointment to say he could come earlier than scheduled because he'd had a cancellation. He arrived promptly after that. The tech, Andrew, inspected the furnace, saying it was old, but just rusty and could stand a good cleaning and regular maintenance. I called AireServ to get a second opinion regarding the condition of the furnace, and I am glad that I did. Andrew cleaned the furnace, including the thermocouple and made some good suggestions to maintain the life of it. I will definitely call AireServ again.

Overall went well, technician was friendly, knowledgeable, suggested a few things to make unit run more efficiently. Still waiting for them to call us to reschedule a comfor specialist to come out. Someone had come out on Friday May 30, but my girlfriend was unavailable.

He took the top and side off and cleaned the entire unit. Was very professional and courteous. Would recommend them to anyone. This was the 2nd time I have used them. I had them clean my furnace in Jan. 2013 and they did an excellent job.

Richard Robbins appeared promptly for the appointment to use the coupon I purchased ($49) to inspect my air conditioner. I knew a problem had recently developed because it suddenly was not cooling efficiently. He found the condenser coil had been damaged, most likely by a lawn weeder, and added a pound of coolant with sealant to fix the problem ($80). He was personable, very well informed and had a professional demeanor. Mr. Robbins made a video on his cell phone while he explained the problem and e-mailed it to me so I could give it to the person who tends to my yard to explain how the damage occurred. I have never used this company before and I will definitely use them again because of the excellent service provided by Mr. Robbins.

very professional from the time they arrived to finishing the job. they cleaned up after themselves and gave me a tutorial on how to use my new system, Heating and air conditioning bills were about 30% lower thanks to the energy efficient system they recommended. Extremely happy with their service.

The service turned out well. He walked me through everything and showed me what was happening with the system. He informed on needing to change out the filters more. We have been very pleased with their service.

Jason was great! He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. My system had not been thoroughly checked in awhile & I knew that likely it had some issues. Apparently it did! I had no idea that my system was underperforming until it was fixed! I had blamed the need for extra fans for airflow on our hot summers & my lack of trees for shade. My house is so cool now, I feel like I have an entirely new system. He discussed all options including repair vs. new system, likely cost involved if certain issues found on assessment. I opted for the Advantage Plan since it offered discounts on the parts and refrigerant that I anticipated I would need. He did such a great job, that I had him come back days later for another job on 4/29/14. My system is old (over 20 years) and I had been dealing with an irritating task of trying to clean my air filters. You needed to be a contortionist to reach them & they were re-usable, not disposable. As a result, not much air filtration was taking place. Another contractor had stated that he could make a frame for my ceiling in-flow vent to avoid this, but that I would have to special order my filters since the vent was not standard size so I had declined to do this in the past. I discussed this with Jason & he came up with a plan. He enlarged my present vent size in my ceiling in-flow just enough so that I would be able to purchase a standard size filter 20x20x1, replaced the vent grille with a new one & supplied me with new filters. The new vent grille just has 2 sliding latches that are so easy to manipulate I cannot believe it. And it looks great! I truly wish I would have had this company come by a few years ago. Excellent service and so pleased with the results!

It was a very positive experience. I purchased a deal through Angie's List, and there was no additional charge. The guy was very experienced, very professional, and he explained everything he did, even giving me useful tips about air conditioning. I have used this provider several times and I will keep using them.

They always called to give me a head's up when they were on their way which I appreciated. Overall, I believe I have 4 or 5 different techs and they were all very polite and as a woman, I did not feel uncomfortable with them in the house.

The service turned out great. There were no additional charges besides the $49 we paid for the big deal. I have used them frequently. There are a couple of techs that are familiar with my equipment, and they are competent.

The original installation was prompt and timely. Everything seemed fine when the technician left. After a week we discovered that the humidity was very low so I watched the furnace kick on and off to see how the humidifier responded. No water was running through the lines so no humidity was being created. I called and had to have another appointment scheduled for a technician come back out to try and fix it. The technician who came found that the humidifier had never run since it was installed and that the technician who did the installation did not do an appropriate quality check before leaving our house. The reason for not running was due to a bad humidistat. It took nearly two weeks to replace the humidistat which was too long in my opinion. I finally talked to the manager with my complaint and she offered me an additional furnace check up for compensation which I thought was fair. Overall it wasn't the best experience but it now seems to work fine.

The technician was prompt, very polite, and very thorough! I will definitely use them again.

3 hours late and didn't do what I asked.

It took 2 days before they could install the new furnace because of previous appts/being busy. Otherwise very professional, timely and exactly the price they quoted. Furnace is a champ.
