Joel did the service was very professional showed up earlier than planned. He went right to work trying to figure out the problem and I say within 45 minutes he had the problem figured out and my furnace working. The line going to the junction box some how had come loose causing the line going to the furnace not to receive any power. Joel walked me through what he did and offered some good suggestions on maintenance. He also answered all my questions and it was a all around good experience.

Tim, the service provider, arrived on time and conducted a very through heater performance evaluation. He was very patient and provided me with a number of helpful tips for the efficient operation of the furnace and humidifier. He clearly pointed out and explained my future furnace needs. I will definitely go back to Aire Serve for my future heater and AC service.

It was great. They were quick to contact me after I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal and we were able to set up the appointment in the evening after I got off work. The tech called when he was on his way and showed up earlier than he had anticipated, which was good. Service was quick and efficient. He let me know that my furnace is running well but told me about a couple things that may have issues in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

Was very thorough cleaned and checked my furnace like we agreed. Only one that did what he was hired to do out of three different companies in last 2-3 yr.s. Didn't complain about anything just handled and did his job like a true professional. . In addition, he arrived in his time frame that was stated too me when appt. was made, We our very pleased. Will definitely keep his number handy for next time.

The service tech from Aire Serv said my furnace was irreparable. He said he could not get it to fire up as the blower bearings were locked up and that the parts to repair it were obsolete. He sent me a salesman who quoted me a replacement cost. I bought the deal for 1599.00 to save on that quote. I got another company to give me a 2nd opinion and they came in lit the furnace and started it right up. It worked and heated with no problem. I do not need a furnace and therefore do not need the coupon.

I've been using them for a while. They have a special program where they get your furnace done twice a year for a price. So I paid to get it done this year - get it cleaned and set and everything, and then it also carries over to the summer. It cost me $197 or something like that. It's fine. They tell me what's working and what's not. I also have a warranty with American Home Shield. So if there's something wrong with it, I call them. Then they send somebody out to make sure if it needs to be fixed or replaced. Then they'll replace it or have it fixed.

Ryan was right on time and very cordial and professional. He did a thorough inspection of the furnace in the condo that we had just purchased and pointed out things that we needed to keep an eye on. This was money well spent and we would definitely use this provider again.

Arrived on time and did a thorough check of all systems, replaced the capacitor of the HVAC. He made some suggestions on how to maintain but did not do a hard sale. I'd use them again, worth the price for piece of mind.

Showed up on time, did a very thorough job of cleaning both systems, determined one problem with the humidifier and repaired it, adjusted dampers to help regulate the temp between 1st and 2nd floors. I ended up signing up for a maintenance contract where they come twice a year to check everything out and keep it all in tip-top shape.

everthing went good!! tim potts did a good job & went over in detail the checklist & told us the good & the bad. he replaced the capacitor & did a good cleaning of the furance. he was very professional & had great customer service skills

I couldn't have asked for a more professional and thorough cleaning of the HVAC unit. He was right on time and stayed as long as I had questions. He pointed out parts of the furnace that might become an issue in the future and the signs to look for if it wasn't working properly. The unit needed a new capacitor and he installed it without making another service call. That says customer service with a smile.

I am much more impressed with the service and price I received from this locally-owned company as opposed to the national conglomerates that are buying out all the little companies. The price was much better, the service prompt and professional, and the replacement filter that others had charged $140 for was only $40.

Aire Serv Service tech Tim P. came out and did a fantastic job performing the 22-point inspection and cleaning. He was punctual, very thorough, personable, polite and provided helpful information concerning the operation of our furnace. He even called ahead to let us know when he would arrive. Our furnace is located in the attic in a very tight space. Tim went up with his tools and vacuum on a mild October day and began cleaning and testing. I was amazed at the amount of work that this $49 inspection covered. These guys really do care about the customer and the quality of their work. In addition, Tim came in and tested the air temp at the vents as well as, O2 readings. He tested the O2 sensor and suggested where to put additional O2 sensors in the house to make sure we were getting full protection and accurate readings. One of the first things Tim pointed out was that our thermostat needed new batteries. I didn't even know it took batteries...problem solved. We have the Heating/AC inspected twice a year. Aire Serv by far provides the best furnace inspection out of anyone we have used to date. If they are this complete with an inspection and cleaning, then I can only imagine the quality of work they provide for their other services. You gained a customer for life and thanks for the extra work you completed Tim. The extra time you spent with us really defines what and who Aire Serv is really about. Job well done! Thanks
