Very easy working with this company. I have signed up for an annual service contract. Our heat pump is on it's last leg and stopped working earlier in the winter. It's now working fine (and will hopefully last a little longer). The tech gave us very detailed information about how the system works. Will definitely continue using them.

I was happy with them. They came out quickly and fixed the problem. One technician came out.

It went fine. They came a week after I purchased the big deal. There was only one person who came. There were no additional charges on top of the $49 big deal. He was courteous.

I really appreciate how they always send the same tech to our house (has been here 3x since I owned the house, and the previous owners also had the same tech come a couple of times). The tech who came out to repair our broken furnace took his time to figure out exactly what was causing the problem, and even went the extra mile to make some other small fixes to the wiring for the thermostat and control board. Aside from mentioning that they have a service plan, there are no big attempts to try and sell extras. And I also like that the tech spends a lot of time explaining how things work - I feel like I got a crash course in HVAC repair (but will definitely always be calling these pros to come do maintenance!) I cant recommend this company enough. (Side note: Roto-rooter is also under the same agency and I've had great experience with them, too).

Price to install the humidification unit was about 1/3 less than the price given me by another provider. Quality of installation appears to be excellent in every respect. Price for installation of the HVAC unit was within range of my expectations, and quality and professionalism were excellent.

Heat went out unexpectly at one of our rental homes. Normal contractor was unavailable due to large number of call-ins due to cold weather. Called them about 9:30am and they were on their way by 10:45. Work was completed by noon. Kept us informed of the progress and what was found before making any repairs. Great service and professionalism. Would highly recommend.

Service was fantastic. Arrived at 9:45 am and worked till 7:30 pm. Took care of all problems and installed a nice new Trane system and hauled out the old junk. Had 3 estimates and competitors couldn't touch this price. Very satisfied!

I spoke to the company by phone in an attempt to get my furnace repaired. I was told that they would schedule a technician and the technician would call me, but I never heard back from the company. I decided to find another company who would help restore the heat in my house.

I signed up for the $49 cleaning special. While here, we discussed an issue I was having with my thermostat. He found a sensor that needed replacing, which fixed the problem. He also fixed the humidifier that was clogged. My system seems to be working much more efficiently now.

Purchased the $49 dollar furnace inspection. The inspector came, and was courteous and on-time. He did a very thorough inspection and stayed for almost 2 hours, so I was very pleased with the time spent on the inspection and the attention to detail. I did need to spend an additional $80 dollars to replace a part that he recommended to be replaced. There was no pressure though, but I went ahead and did it. Overall very good impression left to me by Aire-Serv and this furnace technician in particular.

Excellent...quite a learning experience

Technician was great. Prompt, professional, seemed honest. Changed a part and expalined why this would benefit my system. Gave advice on insulation. Would definitely use them again.

I'm a very busy individual, like everyone else, and have many irons in the fire. I took off work, which obviously impacts my livelihood and came home to wait for the technician to show in the multiple hour time slot that was provided by the company. The tech waited 10 minutes before the time slot was up to tell me he would be coming in approx. another hour. I had already scheduled out a dinner which I had to attend and there was no way I could push it back. I spoke with the lady on the phone about getting another tech out here in the same allotted time frame and she was not helpful and unwilling to come up with any type of satisfactory resolution. I understand that "things happen." That's why the provider gives a time slot. If you have a window of time then you need to honor it. I understand if you're running a few minutes late, but when you are given 2 - 3 hours to make an appointment then there is no excuse. Do not use this provider. They won't show up on time and when you call, they won't help you. Please spend your money elsewhere. You've been warned.

It turned out fine. They did a great job. He did what we expected us to do, and didn't charge us for anything else. No problems.

The service man was prompt and was excellent! He not only did what we expected him to do (replace and service the heating filters/system), but he went above and beyond the call of duty. We were having an issue with dust and being new owners and new to the area, he was able to help us understand the area dynamics and try some new things. He also made some practical suggestions for us to try and they seem to be working. He also made some changes to the heating unit when he was looking at it that were wrong. No one in the past seemed to have caught that. He was extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing. You could tell he has been doing this a long time. We were very appreciative of his personal attention and help. We will definitely use them again!

Arrived on time. Was courteous, efficient, and professional.

I didnt use the deal. After first buying the deal, I asked them about the quality of the humidifier and they advised it was the low end but it still works. I okay'd and they came out to install. When he arrived, he advised me that he couldnt install it because the type of humidifier it was and that I needed a different kind. He said he would get back with me on the price and what all they would have to do in order to get it installed. When he called me back, he advised me it would be 1200.00 on top of the 350.00 I had already spent in order to do the work. I was very disapointed, particularly because I felt like their attitude changed once I wasnt going to accept their service.

Great service, thorough and honest. Did everything presented in the deal and gave some good suggestions for maintenance.

Aire Serv is really awesome! Very honest and hardworking young men who come on time and finished the work as noted. The only minor area they could improve is their reception desk - a little less attitude and more TLC would go a long way! We have used them before and they do not cease to go above and beyond with every additional visit.

Detailed and inspection and service

Showed up right on time, took time to go through the furnace assessing temperature, electronics, gas pressure, etc. He provided good insight and explained what he was doing when I asked. Ultimately, he adjusted the blower speed and gave the furnace a clean bill of health!

He was very helpful.

The guys that came out were really professional and wore booties so the didn't get the floors dirty. The only bad think I have to say is I haven't gotten the report back yet and it has been over a month. Other than that their service professionals were great!

Great. He did everything he was supposed to do and took his time. He also gave me some suggestions on how to make my home more energy efficient and little tips on home maintenance of furnace system.
