Description of Work: The gentleman that came to the house was professional and very persice. His work was complete and very good. He cleaned the furnace and did a complete tuneup. He arrived on time and left the place cleaner than when he arrived.

Description of Work: I called them this morning and explained that our primary air-con was running hot (not cooling) and that I thought it needed a charge. They said they could have someone there between 3&5 this afternoon (Richard was the engineers name who would be coming), I said if he could come earlier please do. I also let them kno about that coupon that was on their Angie's list website. Richard called at ~1:25 and said he would be here by 3 at the latest and was that ok...to which I replied yes. He actually managed to get here bt 2:30pm. I went over the issue with him (he was already aware of the coupon) asnd let me know that if a recharge was all that was needed then the coupon was the best way to go. He checked the system and let me know the coupon was the best deal ($89 cleaning with 2lbs of refrigerant included). 35-40 minutes later he was finished. The experience was greatly refreshing, Richard is a fine courtious and professional engineer. He explained everything he was going to check, did the work promptly. When he entered the house he covered his shoes with 'booties' and was very polite. It was easy to tell he knew what he was talking about. I would certainly use Aire Service again.
