AG Glass & Mirror

We were fully prepared to have AG Glass & Mirror perform the work for us, BUT......... We originally spoke to two gentleman at a home show about what we wanted and they provided great advise about how to build the shower doors to accommodate our small bathroom. Several months later when our bathroom remodel was at the point that we needed an estimate for the shower enclosure, we called twice and left voicemails and never received a call back. We drove to their store, talked to another salesman who relayed our situation and contact information to the original person we spoke to. We never heard from the person, and decided to press forward and get estimates from other companies. Several weeks later we eventually got a voicemail from the guy (I'm withholding his name so I don't embarrass him). At that point we had already had two other bids and made our decision to have the work done by another reputable company from Louisville. Honestly, I'm disappointed with AG's lack of responsiveness. We felt comfortable that the two guys at the home show were knowledgeable about their product, but they needed to take care of their customer. We had our wallet open and were ready to have them do the work, but they lost our business because they never called us back.
