They came in cut out the hole then replaced it. This year I call them to put drywall in closet door. I was closing and opening it jp on the opposite side. But they do not do framing .

Overall, it went well. The crew did a good job removing waste, and cleaning before they left each day. Took one day to remove ceiling and remove waste, and about 3-4 days to rehang and finish drywall. Be prepared for a bit of a mess especially when rehanging and finishing. Although they swept and did a general wipe down, my wife and I went behind and did a more thorough cleaning - to be expected. Only snafu, was that garage ceiling is about 13' tall and the gentlemen that came only brought scaffolding to reach 10'; had to go and get taller scaffolding. Lost a little time the first day. The company called the day before to verify the time the workers would arrive the next morning. Friendly and helpful.

I patched a 4x4 section of a ceiling myself in a rental property. I called Affordable Drywall to just tape and finish the ceiling. Affordable Drywall was at the property in less than an hour. Quoted a price and charged the same price quoted over the phone. They not only taped and finished the ceiling I repaired, but they textured it. I will use this company again. Very satisfied customer.

DIDN'T SHOW UP.

EVERYBODY ELSE WANTED AT LEAST 1300-1500 DOLLARS TO DO THE WORK, THEY CHARGED ME HALF OF THAT. THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, THEY ARE NOT THERE TO GOUGE ANYBODY. THEY WILL TELL YOU EXACTLY WHAT THE SITUATION IS, AND GIVE YOU EVERY OPTION AVAILABLE. THEY TELL YOU WHAT WILL GET THE JOB DONE WELL FOR THE LEAST AMOUNT OF MONEY.
