I emailed his company first because I was contacting lots of places at one time. He got back to me pretty quickly and said he could do the date that I had requested. He could also do the radon and termite inspections, which was a big plus for me (less people to deal with). I asked if the radon test (which takes 2-3 days) could be started beforehand, so that it would be done along with everything else. He did it with no problem. When I showed up at the scheduled time, he was already hard at work checking out the exterior. I followed him about, and he told me about each area of the house he was checking. He seemed very enthusiastic about his work. I enjoyed the inspection experience because there was so much to learn. After completion, I received a full detailed report that was available on the Internet. You can print it out too, but I think that is a great plus. He did a great job.

John's professionalism was only outdone by his undivided attention to each aspect of the house. He was very willing to let me walk along with him during the inspection and even handed out helpful hints on saving energy and getting better use out of your appliances. He was very thorough and made sure to record everything he saw on a digital camera for reference. He was also polite, prompt and a joy to work with. I would recommend him to friends and family without pause!

THE COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH AND THEY WERE ON TIME. THEIR INSPECTION REPORT WAS AVAILABLE TO ME VERY QUICKLY. THE PRICE WAS KIND OF REASONABLE, IT WAS COMPARABLE.
