On october 5th a bathroom remodel was promised to be done in 2 days. The first employee worked for 4 hours and would leave for the day and because of this, he took 3 days. Upon "completion" i noticed that the shower ends were installed upside-down. I contacted absolute and they sent out a manager. Thr manager took pictures and promised they would "make it right" which has never been done to this date. Another plumber of theirs came and took the shower out and it is since not been replaced. Also on day 1, they started to create water lines and a drain in the basement for a sink and never finished that. I would like a refund due to the fact that agreed upon work was not completed. I asked for a copy of my contract and they never provided it to me. Also, i had another contractor come in (tom drexler) to give me a quote and was advised my drains were put in wrong for the sink and shower.

It took them two hours to install a faucet that we purchased. The charge for this was $590. The only reason we use them was it was required from a repair order to sell a house. We had to use a licensed plumber. This is a repair that we could have done in less than two hours, and saved the money. I would never recommend this company to anyone

Get multiple estimates. This is surprisingly variable in cost.

Every person from Absolute was a clear communicator. Called when they said they would. Showed up when they said they would. Addressed the immediate problem. Offered quotes for future maintenance without being pushy. Would absolutely call Absolute again for garage door maintenance.

Dennis at Access Garage Doors was extremely responsive. Always communicated well and the company offered good pricing for their doors. Timeline went exactly as they said with ordering the doors. Install was scheduled quickly and went exactly as they said. In fact, they finished the project an hour faster than they scheduled. Very well pleased and would highly recommend them.

Quick and thorough service

Aaron Gilbert called ahead and was able to arrive before the scheduled time .He was good at giving me a rundown on what the problem was and how it needed to be fixed and what the cost would be . We agreed and he began work . He evidently knew how to proceed and completed the work in short order to our satisfaction . I used the internet to get the help and was fortunate to get Aaron and would use his company again .

He walked me through the entire repair and replacement process, offered multiple options and took the time to discuss the pros and cons to each option. I never felt pressured or hurried, and he thoughtfully answered all my questions. After installation, he walked me through exactly what he did and how to set up the app to remotely control my new opener. The same-day repair service was amazing and much appreciated. We will definitely be calling Absolute Overheard Door Service again when our second bay door opener needs replaced and we will be requesting Nathan!
