Absolute was the ONLY company out of 4 I reached out to through Angie's List who returned my message. They called me within the hour and sent out a tech later that afternoon. If that wasn't enough, they sent me a text with a picture of the tech to let me know who was coming and an estimate arrival time. The tech told me his diagnosis and we had him do the work. They offered a 1 year warranty on their work. I highly reccomend them and look forward to working with them again.

Worker was great. Came within a couple of hours of our call (our vehicles were trapped in the garage). Went right to work -- it wasn't easy. I forget price, but it was totally reasonable given the work he had to do.

This was my third time using Absolute. In 2014 they replaced rollers, adjusted the spring tension and lubricated the door and opener for a cost of $99. In 2017 they replaced the door opener with a Liftmaster Model 8165 chain drive opener and installed a keypad for a cost of $390. I called them this year for a maintenance check and to replaced the rubber piece on the bottom of the door. Kyle responded within the agreed upon timeframe. He was very professional and seemed to know the garage door business well. He explained that he would do a 28-point inspection, which I followed along as he did it. I asked many questions and Kyle responded without any signs of being annoyed at my questions. After the inspection, he suggested that I do an overhaul on the double door working parts, which included replacement of the 2 springs, replacement of rollers, and some other parts I don't remember. He also replaced the rubber strip on the bottom of the door. Total time was about 2 hours and total cost $600. Kyle seemed trustworthy. I don't know if $600 was a good price to pay for the overhaul, but Kyle told me that he is paid on commission so I'm a little suspicious. However, I authorized Kyle to do the overhaul because I didn't want issues with the door, especially in upcoming winter months. Kyle also told me there would be a $75 service call fee if he had to come back to do the overhaul.

They charged me 300.00 just for the opener. I could have bought 2 complete openers for that price at Sears. But they get you, because if you don't use their service after they check the problem out, they charge you 75.00. And you still have to get a new opener. Way overpriced.300.00 dollars. I wouldn't use them again.

Same day service, tech was prepared to fix the issues I called about. Did not need to order parts. Even fixed a problem that I didn't call about!

They did a good job. I had them replace the metal rollers with the fiberglass, and they were very efficient. Didn't take them long, and very happy with them as well. I don't recall really any issues. I'm pretty sure they were on time, quick, I'm happy with the door.

It went great. During the initial inspection, the technician, Dwayne, said the door was in good shape and was balanced. He oiled the hinges and other areas where oil is applied. He educated me on maintaining the door by oiling the areas every 3 months. He showed me the specific areas to oil. During the inspection, he found that the sprockets on my door opener were breaking. I actually observed the sprocket pieces and had noticed that my door opener was hesitating and jerking when I opened the door. Dwayne point out the slack chain and said that, eventually, the opener would stop working. During the second visit, he replaced the opener and installed a keyless pad.

They were very good. We had no problems at all with them. They came when they said and did a good job.
