Description of Work: The garage door was tuned up and secured. Now when the door is moving up and down it is so quiet. The mechanic did a great job and was very helpful in pointing out how the garage door works.

Description of Work: Our garage door wasn't lifting, the repairman said we could have our gears/sprockets replaced for $250 or we could have a whole new system installed for $375. Since the system was over 20 years old we elected for the whole new system, including a keypad entry and two openers.

Description of Work: Requested torsion spring adjustment, & check of owner installed parts including opener, cables, & rollers. Torsion springs adjusted satisfactory but other inspections somewhat less than cursory. Arrived w/o ladder (had left at last appt) & borrowed mine. Spring adjustment took < 5 minutes. Arrived earlier than scheduled after calling first.
