Absolutely the best. Keith was very knowledgeable in what he's doing and very quick about it all. This is the 2nd time I've had him come over and it's amazing (first for my AC, now for my furnace). Very professional!

This is an honest review from a real customer! Hire them and you’ll be glad you did! They removed old door and took away and installed the new door with all the bells and whistles in... wait for it..... 3 hours!!! I wad Completely impressed!

Great ! Dwayne Hatfield was the service specialist who serviced my garage doors. At first, the garage one door opened for him without any problem. But Dwyane took the time to listen to me explain what problem I encountered and then he was able to identify the problem and fix it. The door is operating correctly now. He was able to identify the problem with the second door quickly and fix it so that it too is opening and closing easily. Dwayne was very professional, courteous, and skilled. He even left a phone number to contact him after he left if I had any questions. I would definitely use this provider again, and I would request Dwayne!

Excellent. My air conditioner quit blowing cold air over the weekend (in hot August heat!). I called Monday morning and they had a technician to my house within hours. He gave an excellent explanation about how my system was set up to shut down when certain limits were exceeded and reset it. I will definitely call Overhead Doors in the future (a very misleading name for a company that does A/C repair).

Tech was knowledgeable and fast! In just minutes he had the remotes programmed and even tightened door chain as a courtesy! Door closes much more quietly.

Technician was polite and professional. He was knowledgeable and arrived on time, with a call 30 minutes before. Service scheduled and completed right around 48 hours. Work area put back nicely. Would definitely hire again!

I called and spoke to Greg and explained my dilemma. I was so afraid that I would not be able to get someone out today to fix the door; but Greg was very understanding and gave me a time window; and the name of 2 techs, one of whom would be contacting me. I received a call from a nice young man named Brennan; and he had contacted me over an hour earlier than I anticpated. He was very respectful and informative. As it turned out, it was Absolute who had installed my door last year. He fixed the hinge in minutes; and even installed light bulbs in the overhead light of the motor. He was very nice, efficient and knowledgeable. I would higyhly recommend Absolute Overhead Door to anyone needing a new door, or service to an existing door. It was overall a very pleasant experience.

The repair man was punctual and very professional. He immediately saw the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. I will definitely use their services again!

The repairman could not tell me why my led light was constantly blinking. After calling the company the repairman quoted an extremely high price to fix the logic board which took him four days to call me back with an estimate after I had paid him for repairing the spring on the garage door The price he quoted was higher that a new garage door opener and the logic board price on line was a third of the price he quoted. I would never use absolute ever again. Once they got the heck there was no real desire to make things right that the repairman overlook during his estimate of what needed to be repaired I would never use them again. Since his visits I have been told how unprofessional and expensive they are, the free estimate is a ploy to get your business.

Our cars were trapped inside the garage and Jeff arrived within 2 hours of our emergency call -- at the end of the day on a Friday after having spent the day on other jobs. Excellent!!! Requested a quote yesterday they gave me a good quote and came out the next day. Prompt, courteous and very professional!! Finished in about an hour or so and went over operation with me. Definitely hire this company!!!!!

Trey came out and gave an estimate. I accepted the estimate and Trey came back exactly when he said he would and did an excellent job. He was prompt and professional. Cleaned up when done and explained everything well. I am pleased to have my door working again with one day service.

The toilet was unclogged fast. The cost was more than Tom Drexler & Jarboe's. But Absolute Services got here within 2 hours. With the other companies I would have had to wait 2 days.

My garage door came apart when trying to open the door. Jeff came out the same day, checked the door and opener, gave me an estimate for both a replacement door and a new garage opener. He then manually opened the door, clamped it open so I could get my car out, and then securely closed it. My appt for replacement was set up for the next afternoon. Jay arrived promptly and went to work replacing the door and opener. By the way I received text messages and pictures of both men before they arrived at my house and also a phone call when they were on their way. Jay left me with a brochure on their company, a manual on the Liftmaster garage door opener, and a card on their referral program. Opener came with 2 remotes, a new indoor wall switch with a light button, and an outdoor wall push button security code remote. Price altogether $1375. Jay was careful not to leave any loose screws laying around on the garage floor. Both men were pleasant and helpful. I can easily recommend this company. They were great.

The initial call was just for a tune up on an old opener. Replaced rollers and had an issue with the opener. Jeff & Brent were very helpful and made the situation right. Very happy customer!

Swimmingly. A little miscommunication at the start, the repairman was told that it was to be a repair. It took an extra day because he didn't have the parts. Came back the following day and installed. No big deal, I guess these things happen
