Description of Work: All he did was replace rollers. I am not sure my rollers even needed replacing. The track and mechanism that retracts and extends my door was sticking and was not smoothly operating. The service guy said he doesn't fix or adjust that. I thought I was getting a tune up which would include necessary adjustments. Perhaps the service should not have been described as a tune up. It was only roller replacement and should have been described as such.
