The technician not only performed the scheduled work, but also went further to do a hands on review of the overall performance of the door with me, once his work was completed. He answered all of my questions and told me what issues to look for as this 10 year old door and fixtures continues to perform into the future. His clean bill of health on the door, motor, and rails offered me peace of mind for the near future. His highly professional on time service, reasonable cost, neat appearance, and well equipped and clean truck, assures he will get my call should any service be needed, routine of otherwise, in the future.

The spring had broken on my garage door. I was not able to manually raise the door either and as a result was unable to go to work. Rather than look in the Yellow Pages for garage door repair I referred to Angie's List instead. I was extremenly pleased with Absolute. The tecnician arrived within an hour of my call. He explained the problem clearly and had the part he needed on his truck. I recommend this company to everyone and will call them again when the need arises.

our garage door opener was installed a long time ago, and installation specs have changed since it was put in. Most other people have tried to get us to put a new door in "the new way"... this guy (who I found through AL) was happy to work on it the way it is, and suggested ways to keep it working for a while longer. When it's time to replace the whole thing, he's who we'll call!

I called another garage door company in Louisville on a Friday afternoon at 5pm but they could not make it until Tuesday. I needed it fixed right away so I took a shot in the dark and called these guys. Vince always answered the phone and set an appointment for Saturday. They did the repair and the pricing was in line with what my neighbor paid from another vendor. They charge the same $40 service fee on weekends or during the week so that was a plus.
