Technician arrived within the time specified and immediately went to work. While performing service he answered all my questions and pointed out where I might expect to have issues in the future with my door. After he was finished with replacing the rollers the door functioned better than ever.

After the call to set up the appointment, he came as planned and even called to see if he could do the job early. I was all for that. He came in, introduced himself and went to work. He was finished and out in no time,

I spoke with the two men, nice fellows that explained what they would do and informed me the problem I was having was due to wrong size springs, however, to their credit, no big sales pitch, just a frank assessment and cost to replace them, should I deside to some day.

This company proved to be very prompt. They came out the day after I called to make an appointment, and showed up right on time. He got right to work and finished the job very quickly. While he did the work, he explained problems he had found and told me about problems I could expect in the future based on what he had found. If I do have future problems, I will call this company because I was very pleased with the job they did.

Not only was the work done right, it was done beyond my expectations. They even installed the rubber barrier on the bottom of the door at no extra charge.

Vince arrived promptly. He was professional and friendly. He completed the work quickly and thoroughly, and he took the time to educate me on the mechanics of my overhead door and gave me tips to properly maintain it.

They did a great job on 1 garage door with 1 exception. When resetting the limits on the garage door opener, they reset all of the remote codes. Now I have to teach 5 remotes the code, again. I hired these guys to come back following day to replace the weather stripping on both of my garage doors and the work was done timely and reasonably priced.

Both doors were damaged, one could not be opened at all and the largest of the two doors would not lower down on its own. Contacted Absolute Doors and their technician offered to come the very next day. I couldn't be home that day, but arranged for the following day at the same time. Awesome service, both doors now work and sound better then they ever did. I bought my home new 6 years ago and the garage doors always sounded like they were just going to fall off when you raised or lowered them. Now, you can barely hear them as they raise and lower. I highly recommend this company and I would not hesitate to use them again.

I could not believe when I called and got scheduled for the next day! It was wonderful! Vince arrived early and got to work immediately. He kept me informed of the process and answered all my questions patiently. He told me how old my garage door was (very old!) and gave me a brief history of overhead garage doors - it was pretty interesting! My rollers were not standard, so he could not replace them as per the coupon. He was going to refund some of my money, but we had wanted a remote access keypad to get into the garage from the outside. He had a universal one with him, so installed that! We are going to have to replace our garage door in the near future, and we will almost certainly go with Absolute Overhead Doors. I was very impressed with the entire process.

The owner arrived on time and was as nice as he could be. He explained that he could lessen the noise a good deal, but that I would have to buy a whole new unit if I wanted it where it would be virtually silent. He wanted me to let him try to do the job first as he thought it would be quiet enough once he finished. What an improvement!!! Not only did he do a great job, he changed out a light that had burned out;I hadn't even noticed ! He also programmed my new (new to me, anyway!) car so that I won't have to use my garage opener on my visor. Service like this is not the norm; this is why I use Angies List!!!

The company responded immediately to our call and came out the same day. It was determined we needed a new garage door instead of repairs. The installation was done a few days later, and we were very pleased with all aspects of the service. Would use this company again and also would not hesitate to recommend them.

The work was done on time. However the installer didn't hook up the door to the opener and left no reason for not doing so. We were left not knowing if there was a problem. Also we have a security system and the installer failed to re install the sensor so we were not able to set the alarm system for the whole building. The owner of the company had to come out and fix the issues. Which he did so promptly and to our complete satisfaction.

After buying a discount coupon at your website, I called and was giving an appointment that was good for me. He arrived on time, did the work, and talked with my wife and I about the work and about our garage door. Vince is very definitely an expert and professional. The work he did was excellent! We now have someone we know we can trust if we ever have need of maintenance or a new door. Excellent!

First of all, Vince showed up on time for my 10:00 appointment with him. He was professional in his approach and dress. After he finished with the tune-up, he educated me on how to properly maintain my door and showed me where the person who installed the 2 garage doors didn't properly install them or set the proper tension. He explained to me what that might mean to the performance of my door and told me what to be looking for as time goes by. It was obvious to me that Vince knows garage doors and does more than just tune and repair them. He educates homeowners on their operation and maintenance. He was fabulous and I will definitely use him in the future.
