The technician showed up on time and replaced all rollers in the door system. The old metal rollers were replaced with plastic rollers on metal rods that reduced operation noise significantly on the chain driven door system.

The gentleman was very prompt and professional. He did a thorough job and didn't try to sell me more services. He was patient with my questions, as this is my first experience with a garage and I have two young children. I appreciated his advice and professionalism.

It worked out fine. They came out and looked over everything and said that I did not need anything. He did not even charge us for the big deal. I was impressed that they had handled it that way. I would use them again.

It went well. There was a little mix up on the time but it was good. They quickly identified the problem we were having with our garage door and they fixed it and frankly, it’s been a while now and it’s working perfectly so they did a good job.

The maintance went well. The installation was ok. My spouse was not as pleased with the install but the door looks good and works well.

He was wonderful and so professional. Last Tuesday, he came up and one of the doors was sticking. He said he would be up the next day. He looked at it and told me he thought eventually he would have to replace the door. Normally, a business man would say you need a new door, but he still fixed it where it would go up so far just so we could get the vehicle in the garage and use it temporarily. He was one of the most ethical people I have ever dealt with.

I purchased a big deal from him and he was wonderful. He lives in Kentucky and roughly 45 miles away from me. He came all the way up to me and was wonderful. My garage door is sticking a little big but he is coming tomorrow to fix it. He guarantees his and is a very good guy.

Very well. Brandon was on time, courteous and made great suggestions for maintaining the doors. My only complaint is that we ordered the deal on line and were never contacted by the company. Had I not run across the confirmation in from AL in my inbox, we probably would have missed the expiration date. Vendors should have to follow up within a certain amount of time since we pay up front for the deals. Other than that - we were very pleased and would use this company again.

The contractor arrived on time, assessed the overhead door mechanism and determined that we needed a new mechanism. We agreed. He immediatelly installed a new mechanism in a timely, professional manner. He agreed to accept payment by check. He had all the tools needed for the job and had the needed new mechansim with him. My husband and I were completely satisfied.

It worked out very well. The man who came out did the job very quickly. It took him maybe an hour to do it. I was surprised how fast he did it. The garage door is not making noise now and it was squeaking all over the place before so it is working quite well. I think that $99 was probably reasonable for the work done and the quality of the work was excellent. I called one day and he was there on the next. He came right about when he was supposed to and he was very nice. He also cleaned out the door really well.

It was great. There were no additional charges. He was here for probably an hour working on the door. Since he fixed it, it has been great. He was very honest and he was timely and did a great job. It was my first time using them, but I will definitely use them again.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was very well. He had the parts with him so there were no problems. I paid an extra $100 because he also put in a box and 2 remotes. They came out the same day I called them.

Called ahead of time to let me know he was 10 minutes out and arrived during the time given on the phone this morning. Very friendly and professional. Job was done in 30 minutes. Price not bad. Would use them again.
